Our vacation villa is located at the Oasis, approximately a quarter mile from the center of town. It is the newest development in the area and is walking distance from town, easily accessible to restaurants, boutiques and shops.

This unit is on the second of three floors and is the largest villa in the development, with 1,800 square feet, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a direct view of both the pool and ocean. The pool itself is unique, constructed of a special material made to resemble a natural beach. In addition, there is a private roof top terrace with a 360 degree view of the island.

This villa is is decorated with custom Italian cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms, all with stone (granite or quartz) countertops. The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances. There are king size beds in each bedroom and all furniture is brand new.

  • We spent a fabulous week on Ambergris Key in this beautiful, spacious, comfortable condominium. Javier, the property manager was extremely attentive and accomodating. Leo, the grounds manager was a delight to visit with and full of local lore. The location was convenient for reaching all areas of the island on foot or by golfcart. I think this was our first of many trips to Belize. We hated to leave!

  • My family and two other families stayed in this spacious, beautifully decorated villa for four days. My favorite area was the kitchen, decorated with custom Italian cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. This made for the perfect area where I could entertain and relax with my friends and family. The other areas were spacious and very comfortable. My next favorite area was the view of the beach. The sunrises were gorgeous and lit up the ocean. I know anyone considering vacationing at this villa will love the interior furnishings, comfort and relaxation. We will be back!
