View of the Pool from the villa - San Pedro Villa Rental Our vacation villa is located at the Oasis, approximately a quarter mile from the center of town. It is the newest development in the area and is walking distance from town, easily accessible to restaurants, boutiques and shops. This unit is on the second of three floors and is the largest villa in the development, with 1,800 square feet, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a direct view of both the pool and ocean. The pool itself is unique, constructed of a special material made to resemble a natural beach. In addition, there is a private roof top terrace with a 360 degree view of the island. This villa is is decorated with custom Italian cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances. There are king size beds in each bedroom and all furniture is brand new.

October 01-May 1.. $350/night .. $2100/week + 9% tax.
May 01-September 30 .. $250/night .. $1500/week+ 9% tax.
December 21 - January 4 - $3,325 week + 9% tax - 1 week minimum; 50% deposit
Full payment required 30 days prior to rental.
Rentals are 2 nights minimum. One night deposit required to reserve.
