The elegant 2,368 square foot, four bedroom, three bath “3 Seas” House, is located south of 30A on a large lot in Rosemary Beach. The home sleeps 9 people and offers peaceful privacy along with beautiful decor, and a private heated pool (fees apply for pool heating). A 500 square foot outdoor gazebo, gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, and decorator furnishings make this home the perfect place for your beach vacation. Gentle breezes cool the 1,100 square feet of outdoor porches.
Rosemary Beach has 4 private heated pools, tennis courts, fitness center private beach 2 large greens overlooking Gulf and many shops and restaurants for your enjoyment.
Walled, private, peaceful courtyard centered around a bubbling fountain has two Adirondack rockers and a love seat. Private heated pool is surrounded by pavers and includes a fun basketball hoop for the kids. Pool has a salt water chlorination system for smooth comfort. Poolside furnishings include 2 loungers, 4 chairs and 3 tables. Cool, shaded front porch offers many seating choices including a porch swing, 2 Adirondacks loungers and 2 chairs with foot stools, and 2 cocktail tables. Outdoor covered 500 square foot gazebo over the carport offers a wicker cushioned loveseat, 2 chairs, 2 ottomans and coffee table. Ceiling fan provides a steady breeze. A gas grill is conveniently located just off the kitchen. Table and four chairs with umbrella allow for outdoor dining. Hot/cold outdoor shower with enclosure for private bathing under the stars. Screened porch with 2 love seats, 2 chairs and a table.
First Floor: Large entry hall has open stair case. Marble-tiled floors, 10 foot ceilings and 8-foot doors throughout entire 1st floor. Wireless high speed internet connectivity. Large living room adjacent to kitchen and dining features 2 plush side chairs, coffee table, overstuffed sofa, wicker side chair, 3 side tables and 3 lamps, 42” flat panel TV, VCR, DVD, whole house stereo system with 4 speaker zones and French doors leading to courtyard and pool. Dining table has 8 chairs, plus 3 stools at the kitchen island. Newly renovated kitchen (2012) has granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless frig, microwave, dishwasher, Viking gas range, central island and large deep kitchen sink. Guest king bedroom is carpeted and has 2 night stands, lamp, large armoire, 27” TV and ceiling fan. Adjacent hall bath is adjacent has vanity sink top, walk-in shower, and built-in hair dryer. Laundry/mud room has extra large capacity washer and dryer, sink, bench with hooks for storage of beach stuff and wet towels.
Second Floor: New hardwood floors throughout second floor. Second living area is great for the kids. Decorated with a sofa, plush sleeper side chair with ottoman (sleeps one person), 2 window seats, TV and a stock of toys and books. Second story deck overlooks the pool and is outfitted with 2 Adirondack chairs with footstools and table. King master bedroom features bench at foot of bed, armoire, elegant linens, LCD TV, DVD, 2 night stands, 2 lamps, walk-in closet and ceiling fan. French doors lead to front deck that overlooks the quaint streets of Rosemary Beach. Private bath has walk-in shower, double vanity sink top, built-in hairdryer, and a door that leads to the deck overlooking the pool. Queen bedroom has elegant bedding, bedside table, small armoire, LCD TV, chest of drawers, 2 wall-mounted lamps, side chair, dresser, ceiling fan and French door leading to a small parade deck overlooking the courtyard. Adjacent hall bath (shared with bunk nook) has vanity sink top, tub/shower and built-in hair dryer. The bunk nook is considered to be the 4th bedroom and features 2 sturdy built-in twin bunk beds, dresser, built-in closet/shelving and LCD TV. This is not a private room and does not have a door.

Everything was great. The house was very sanitary & nice. Our stay was very enjoyable. The kids loved the bunk beds and kid's room. All the porches were amazing. We sat on them all the time and enjoyed the views! The house was near the town center, beach, and ocean. It was great to be ale to have a swim in the pool after coming back from the beach. Thank you very much for such a great stay!

We had a wonderful time at Rosemary Beach. The "3 Seas" home is very comfortable. Our two families had plenty of space to enjoy privacy & shared time. The kitchen is great - we love the WMF tools!! Great comfy beds & lots of fluffy towels - Thank you - We'll be back!
