  My husband & I have been coming to HHI for 30 years. This is by far the best accommodations we have had. This Villa has a perfect location on the beach on Palmetto Dunes Plantation. It is beautifully decorated, clean and has every amenity one could want. We are as comfortable in this villa as we are in our own home! This end unit location is quiet, peaceful and has the most gorgeous view of the lush gardens below and a magnificient view of the ocean! Hilton Head is a beautiful island for the beach, golf or just relaxing. There are many wonderful resturants and activities to please all tastes! This will be our home away from home whenever we visit HHI!!

  My husband and I couldn't have been happier with this property. The location was fantastic. We loved being right on the ocean, but had the option of the pool. Everything was as listed in the ad. It was clean and tastefully decorated. We loved having the washer/dryer in the unit. The grounds were lovely and we took advantage of the bike/walk trails. We would definitely recommend this property to others and will stay here again, ourselves.

  The location was quiet. The view was nice. It seemed to be closer to the ocean than we expected from the photos. Having two bathrooms was good. It is not too close to the elevator to hear noise from that. Having a washer/dryer was great. The reading deck by the ocean was nice and the padded poolside lounges were great! Also, enjoyed the adult only pool.Internet was a little slower than we are used to since it uses a phone line dsl hooked to a wireless router. Loved Pino Gelato and Sea Shack has great seafood. Trash closet is in parking garage near elevator. We didn't find it for several days. The garage storage closet was great for leaving our beach chairs and float.

  My husband and I just returned from an idyllic stay at the villa. November is considered off-season, but we had four straight days of sunny, warm weather. It was a perfect place to leave our cares behind and completely relax. The villa is comfortable and super clean, and listening to the surf at night is a great way to fall asleep. The biking trails are wonderful and it's easy to have a bike delivered to the unit before your arrival (just call the management company and they will recommend a place). Biking and walking on the beach at sunset is lovely. Savannah is a quick trip away with lots to see and do there. Even non-golfers can have a great time on Hilton Head, and this villa is a perfect place to do it. Everything is done professionally, and a reservation was quick and easy.   The property is beautiful - the unit is clean and very quiet. The unit had everything we needed for our holiday! It was private and overlooked lush landscaping and you can sit on the patio and watch/hear the waves crash onto the surf. I especially liked the privacy and quiet overlooking the gardens. A friend recommended not overlooking the pool and she was right! this is perfect. The adult pool was an added bonus. It was the right size for the number of poeple and allowed you to cool off from the warm sun and gave an alternative from the beach. It took only a minute or two to get to the beach and see the sunrises every morning. evenings gave us a great moon view. the unit is centrally located on the island so it was easy to get to any place by foot/bike/car. the general store down the road was a daily trip for us and had the best egg/cheese/bacon bagels around. Bill and the management company offered excellent customer service. They were quick to respond to any question or concern I had. I would highly recommend this unit to friends. While some might think it is pricy, it is worth it! I can't wait to return another year.

  The condo was very nice. It could use some touch ups. A cracked outlet plate in the bathroom, loose toilet paper holder, and a vent covered by a paper plate. Otherwise it was lovely. It is an end unit and ocean front but it is not as directly oceanfront as end units in the 6000 building at Hampton Place. On the upside, you do not face the pool and are not disturbed by noisy children. Although not listed, the condo does have an iron and ironing board. Perfect place for two people.
