This home sits on the shore of the "Little Birch, Big Birch, Chetak" chain of lakes; home to Walleye, Northern, Bluegill, Crappie, Perch, large and small mouth Bass. Immediately adjacent to the property is "Dolittle Park;" providing convenient parking and boat launching, swimming, water skiing, picnicking, fishing and fish cleaning.
Jump into action or sit lakeside at home soaking in the natural beauty of the lake. It is conveniently located less than one half mile from the Village of Birchwood, where unique shops, cafes, and bait shops dot Main street. Birchwood is known as the Bluegill capital of the world and hosts the annual "Bluegill Festival," in July.
The Northwoods are quiet in the fall though the hardwood leaves explode into color. Hiking and biking on nearby trails capture the interest of all ages.
Winter arrives and ice fisherman,eagles,skaters,skiers and tip-ups speckle the white "Little Birch." Always something to partake in or watch on this lake.
Memorial Day-Sep 09 .. $250/night .. $1300/week (3 night minimum).
Off Season ........... $175/night .. $ 800/week (2 night minimum).
Summer rates apply if the rental period includes a major holiday.
Weeks are Saturday to Saturday, Rates do include cleaning but not tax.
