This sought after villa has two master suites and boasts 20ft ceilings in the formal dining room, living room, and family room. 5ft square paintings surround you as you relax, listening to your choice of music from built in 10 inch speakers throughout this executive villa. The sound continues with 4 speakers in the pool and Jacuzzi area. Watch T.V. in your own room or on a LCD flat screen wall mounted 5.1 surround system in the family room. Outside of this tranquil space there are a variable bounty of entertainment and attractions.
All the bedrooms have ample storage and quality towels are provided in all the bathrooms.

There is a dining room and attractive spacious family room with sliding glass doors to the lanai and pool. In the family room there is a 42" Plazma TV, DVD, VCR and quality CD/HI-FI. Music can be played inside, by the pool area, or in both areas at once.
All pool doors and windows have child safety alarms.
Our home also features a large fully-equipped luxury kitchen with breakfast nook, large refrigerator with icemaker and iced water, microwave, dishwasher and cooker. Quality utensils and crockery are supplied.
The separate laundry room boasts a large washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes airer, everything you need for your home from home.
All bath rooms kitchen and laundry room are fully tiled.
Our FANTASTIC designer heated pool and raised Spa/Jacuzzi overlooks the Conservation area and has an over-sized split level sunny screened decking area - with piped music - just right for you to soak up the Florida sunshine or - if it's shade you need - sit under the lanai. We have four large sunbeds with drinks tables and a large poolside dining table and chairs for a spot of alfresco dining. Pool towels are provided.
