  • We came over all the way from Germany to spend our vacation in Santa Barbara. We are so glad that we picked out the Wolfs house to stay, since it couldnt have been any better. Our vacation was the best we ever had. The Wolfs are the greatest hosts. We always had fresh cut flowers in our rooms. It was such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The beach is just a few minutes away by foot. And downtown Santa Barbara is also very close. The three weeks went by way to fast. We are already looking forward to visit Santa Barbara again and hope that the Wolfs vacation rental will be available. Greetings from good old (and cold) Germany. Rajko and Conny

The location is unbeatable and the couple renting the condo accommodated our every need, and they clearly take pride in their role as hosts.   • As so many have mentioned, the Wolf's could not be more accommodating. Everything was immaculate and it truly felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed feeling like a Montecito resident for a few short days. The house is a short walk to the most private beach, and downtown Montecito. Highly recommended, and we hope to be back soon!

  • Our family spent 6 weeks at Sep's house this past summer. It was absolutely the most fantastic experience we have ever had on vacation. The location to the beach and shops can't be matched. The condo was clean, friendly and warm with fresh flowers and soft linens. You felt like it was a second home. We would go back for sure!!!!!

  • We really enjoyed our stay in Montecito. This property was great; loved the location and accessibility to the beach, and shops. We found everthing we needed in this very clean and bright unit ( very comfortable) It was a really nice touch to welcome our family with a bottle of wine and bottled water and chocolates on the bedside tables. we would definately rent it again.

  • My wife and 3 boys very much enjoyed our week at the condo. A 2 minute walk to both the beach and downtown restaurants and shops. Most importantly, the condo was clean, very comfortable, and the amenities allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. We'll definitely be back!
