Pelican Beach is an upscale full service resort located right across from the Big Kahuna Water Park in the Heart of Destin. Destin has so much to offer..it has the BEST restaurants, cinemas, Big Kahuna's Water Park, miniature golf, go carts, parasailing, jet-skiing, fishing, bowling and of course, Championship Golf. The Shopping has something for EVERYONE.. Bass Pro Shop, Destin Commons and the Largest Designer Outlet mall at Silver Sands just to name a few. There are still other choices including free concerts at various locations year round and Destin Harbor with the famous fishing charter boats. All of this is just minutes away. Our unit is located on the 5th Floor, accommodates 1 to 6 people and features: Master Bedroom, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, 2 TVs, two DVDs, VCR, stereo system, high speed DSL internet connection, washer and dryer located on same floor, and a fully-stocked kitchen. There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom and twin bunk beds in the alcove. There is a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room which would be ideal for teens or young children.
Our beachfront unit gives you a private, unobstructed beachfront view. The balcony features a table and four chairs perfect for watching the dolphins play while you sip your coffee. Great views including watching the fishing fleet leave in the morning, schools of fish swimming by and of course, the most amazing sunset in the world!
Pelican has a beachside hot tub right next to the beachside Tiki Bar..where you can enjoy beverages of your choice, three swimming pools (not counting the kiddie pool!)--a outdoor beachside pool with a waterfall, an indoor heated pool with a swimthrough to a 2nd outdoor pool, and a kiddie pool. There is also a Fitness Room, Game Room Video Arcade, Massage Therapy Room, Sauna, Steam Room and Beachside Sunbathing Area, Two Lighted Tennis Courts, Outdoor Grilling Area, Beach Service for umbrellas and chairs. Pelican Beach offers a children’s program called "play zone" for children four to twelve offered Memorial Day through Labor Day.
For your convenience during your stay, Chans Market is located on site and provides necessities including convenience store items as well as full deli service. You don’t have to leave the resort to have a burger, sandwich, pizza, ice cream, etc. right on site!!
We offer nightly or weekly rates. We have snowbird rates in the winter. We have equipped our unit with extra storage for our long term renters!

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
- Three Night Minimum Stay.
- Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. Central Time.
- $200 Security and Damage Deposit required and refunded after
satisfactory inspection of unit and return of all keys. I reserve the right to waive the security deposit.
- Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit deposit,
unless approved.
- This is a "Non-Smoking" and "No Pets" Unit.
- No renters under the age of 25.
- Payments accepted are PayPal, Money Order, cashier check or personal check (7 days to clear.
- 20% Deposit required to reserve rental unless we agree to forgo. Balance due 21 days prior to arrival unless we agree to forgo or unless last minute booking.
In Addition: 10% FL tax. $200 Refundable Security (Damage) Deposit. $70 One Time Cleaning Fee. 3 night minimum stay.
Sorry, no pets are allowed on the property.
