We love it here. It is on the end and gets such a nice breeze. The unit is well equipped for all the necessities you would need to make this a wonderful vacation spot. Your boat is out the back door and pool around the corner. Pictures don't do it justice. We love it and will be back!

Loved staying at the condo on our fishing trip. Docked our 37ft Tiara at the dock right in front of the condo. We do wish the dock number was easier to see, but once we figured out which dock was ours to use it was very easy. The condo itself is adorable! The owners have done a great job decorating and setting up the condo user friendly. Walking distance to the marina and beautiful beaches. The management company got us a golf cart and it was even easier. Internet access was nice but wish there was wi-fi for our iphones. Overall two thumbs up!

We stayedf for the month of Feb. and were very pleased with the property in all respects. The owners were most helpful and all was as they said it would be. Property was clean and well maintained. We made good use of the B B Q and ate well on local seafood etc. The people in the area are exceptionally friendly and helpful.Used the services of JIC boat rentals at the marina and they were very good to deal with. Ask for STUMPY if you are going fishing as he will find the fish. Try Burners restaurant at the corner of the main highway for good and inexpensive food. Several good meals to be had at Marsh Harbour about a 40 minute drive from the Condo. We are pleased with the overall experience in all ways.

Walk out the back door right to your boat. You can sit on the back patio and enjoy an evening cocktail or 2. Walk a couple minutes the most beautiful beach in the world and watch the sun set. If you have not been to Treasure cay, add it to your bucket list!!! Tight Lines, "PegLeg" Pete Captain of the PegLeg II

Great location, clean, comfortable and usable. Treasure had many power outages but the condo was great and any problem we had was taken care of quickly. Definitely would stay there again.

We rented this condo over Easter week and my family was unanimous in agreeing that this was the most wonderful place we had ever stayed. We have rented houses/condos from VRBO for several years and have always had a great experience. That being said, the condo on Royal Palm by far took the cake. Sue was wonderfully helpful in making sure we had all the information we needed. Once we arrived we were absolutely amazed at the beautiful location and comfortable surroundings. The condo is perfect for a family and I honestly found no better layout or location anywhere in Treasure Cay. The view on the canal is awesome, you have acess to a basically semi-private pool and tennis court just a few steps from your door and have a very nice and spacious deck from which to enjoy the beauty of Treasure Cay. The beach, restaurants and grocery store is no more than a two minute golf cart ride away (talk to Sue about renting their golf cart, it is indispensible). Just a few words about the beach. If you have never been to Treasure Cay before you might think that the photos you have seen have been enhanced in some way. In fact, when you first show up at the beach you still might not believe your eyes. Perfect white sand beach and the bluest water you have ever seen (with a full service bar and restaurant right there for your comfort and convenience!). You could spend a whole week on Treasure and never leave the beach. I would also recommend a day trip to Green Turtle Cay (especially if you are looking to do some snorkeling), and an eco-tour with Abaco Adventures (go see Ossie in the marina, he'll take great care of you!). We didn't even use the boat slip as we watned to get our bearings about us, but will most likely be doing so on our return trip! If you are looking to vacation on Treasure Cay, this is the place to stay.
Owner response:Thanks Eric I definately will have to try the eco trip. Hope to see you back soon.

We stayed here for a week in July along with our 3 children. We brought our boat over from Florida and it was wonderful having the slip right behind the condo. Great time, love love love Treasure Cay. Owners very friendly and helpful. Will pass on condo info to family and friends and will rent from again.

We stayed in mid July 2009 and had a wonderful time. The owner is very gracious and eager to help. The beach is beyond compare. The people in the area are very friendly and the unit is clean, well decorated and maintained. You will not regret a stay here. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will be back again and again.
