Come to Beautiful Kauai and stay in this immaculate, beautifully furnished Home in the beautiful Wailua Rise Estates. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings while also being only 5 minutes from Golf, Tennis, the Beach, Resturants, and Shopping.
Have your coffee on the large Screen Porch as you watch the birds and the large orange Flame Blossoms falling from the trees. The "Coffey Grounds" will welcome you with open arms upon your arrival, and evey day when you return from you day of island activities.
The beds are dressed in luxury linens and there are plenty of towels, including Beach Towels. You wil love preparing your dinner in the gourmet kitchen, or outside on the large, gas grill. Relax and enjoy the large, Sony Flatscreen TV in the Den, or in one of the bedrooms.
Upon your arrival you will be greeted by an owner provided "Welcome Basket" with a few of the things you might need or want on your first morning in Paradise, such as Hawaiian Coffee, tropical fruit, cereal, milk, juice etc. It's our way of saying, "Mahalo for Choosing the Coffey Grounds"!

We spend 3 wonderful weeks here at the Coffey Grounds, and it was great. The decor is inspiring and I was able to invite family who lives on Kauai for my husbands great cooking for Christmas dinner. Plenty of room for everyone and everything. We love the quite location away for the hustle and bustle and hated to leave. It was very relaxing here on Kauai and having this home to come to after days out and about was the ultimate luxury. We hope to be able to return and will definately try to stay here.

The house is absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much for allwing us to stay. Everthing we needed was at our fingertips. We loved this island so much on our honeymoon that we just had to visit again for our 2nd anniversary. Thank you for helping us make it very memorable. By the way, the Smiths Luau is very worth the money- 4 hours including dinner and entertainment. Mahalo

What a beautiful island! Felt like were at home during our stay at the Coffey Grounds. Quiet and relaxing, yet so close to so many things. Spouting Horn, Kipu Falls, Queen's Bath and the secret beach. Dinner at Scotty's Beachside BBQ was the best ribs we've had in awhile. The best part was coming home from a day out and relaxing in front of the big screen TV! Absolutely loved our stay, would love to come back! Thank you and...WHO - DEY!
