The beds are dressed in luxury linens and there are plenty of towels, including Beach Towels. You wil love preparing your dinner in the gourmet kitchen, or outside on the large, gas grill. Relax and enjoy the large, Sony Flatscreen TV in the Den, or in one of the bedrooms.

Home away from home...comfortable, quiet, lovely is the way I describe this home and the neighborhood it is nestled in. The home was exactly as described, clean and well maintained. My husband, myself, 2 older kids and our 6 yr old twins stayed for 9 days and were loved the location of the home. We were able to easily get to anywhere we wanted to. The owners are wonderful to work with we hope that when we do get to visit the island again we will get to rent from them.

Our family was so happy we found a vacation home we could return to! We loved coming back from a long day and retreating to a comfortable house. I would like to add the that the house was perfectly set up and nicely decorated. The location was convenient to the beach and all the stores/restaurants. Since we visit Kauai often, we would definitely stay at the Coffey Grounds again and highly recommend this beautiful vacation home.

The “Coffee Grounds” a true Home away from home! From the photos we didn’t realize just how spacious the living room was, but found it a great relaxing place to spend a morning (or ANY TIME). The Bedrooms are airy with natural light and windows to allow the Trade Winds to blow on through. The lanai was an added bonus because it is enclosed. After three knee replacements my wife needed everything on one floor and easy for her to use, and the “Coffee Grounds” provided her just that. The covered drive allowed for easy loading and unloading of the car. The “Coffee Grounds” is 3 miles up a mountain and every part of the drive reminds you that you are on an Island Paradise as you pass the Opaekaa Falls. At the base of the mountain is the entrance to the Fern Grotto Tours. In Kappa you are less than an hour from EVERYTHING! The “Coffee Grounds” welcomed us with open arms and we hated to leave it.

We spend 3 wonderful weeks here at the Coffey Grounds, and it was great. The decor is inspiring and I was able to invite family who lives on Kauai for my husbands great cooking for Christmas dinner. Plenty of room for everyone and everything. We love the quite location away for the hustle and bustle and hated to leave. It was very relaxing here on Kauai and having this home to come to after days out and about was the ultimate luxury. We hope to be able to return and will definately try to stay here.

The house is absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much for allwing us to stay. Everthing we needed was at our fingertips. We loved this island so much on our honeymoon that we just had to visit again for our 2nd anniversary. Thank you for helping us make it very memorable. What a beautiful island! Felt like were at home during our stay at the Coffey Grounds. Quiet and relaxing, yet so close to so many things. Spouting Horn, Kipu Falls, Queen's Bath and the secret beach. Dinner at Scotty's Beachside BBQ was the best ribs we've had in awhile. The best part was coming home from a day out and relaxing in front of the big screen TV! Absolutely loved our stay, would love to come back! Thank you and...WHO - DEY!
