The service was excellent responding through e-mail all questions were answered in detail. The home was gorgeous, so much better than staying in a hotel, quiet, peaceful, family friendly. The location was great for us, we brought our granddaughter 3 yrs old. We were able to go to the beach come home pic nic on the lawn, nap in peace and quiet. They made suggestions of other fun things in the area. We loved the homey feel of the house. My son and wife their daughter my husband myself. Plenty of room for privacy but a great family vacation home. We would love to come back, Great memories.

The moment we opened the front door and walked in, we felt a sense of relaxation and peace. The floor plan is open and spacious with cool tropical breezes refreshing our senses. This house is well appointed, and with a large group of ladies,(eight of us) everyone was comfortable. The kitchen is nicely stocked with a fabulous five burner gas stove to please a gourmet chef. The refrigerator is large and held what we needed during our stay. The linens are all fresh and lovely. Each room is beautifully decorated with charming loving touches to remind us we are on a wonderful break from the day to day life back home. This vacation home is conveniently located - a 30 minute drive to the airport, 10 minutes to shopping and the nearest beach. For a comfortable Hawaiian vacation, this home provided exactly what we wanted and was beyond our expectations. Thank you to the owners.

We stayed in this lovely home early January,it was just like the photos.great open kitchen with a gas range(hard to find in Hawaii),we spent most of our meals on the screened porch which had the feeling of being outdoors but protection from the sun and rain. There was plenty of space for everyone, and a few secret spots if you wanted a bit of privacy. We spent most of our time at the temple which is walking distance,an excellent location for pilgrimage, but beaches and restaurants are just a few minutes down the hill. The owners were great, making sure everything was in perfect condition on our arrival. We loved the house and would definitely stay here again.

My family of 6 loved this house. The lay out of the house is perfect for a family with kids. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and the separate tv room was very useful. We decided to cook for a very large party. And the kitchen had everything we needed, that was great. The kids loved the beautiful roosters in the back yard, the frogs in the front yard at night and feeding the goats across the street. We cannot wait to go back, it's like a home away from home.

I have actually stayed there twice! Bright and warm uplifting colors and textures all around. Lovely rooms that all are spacious, quiet and comfortable. Views from every room inspire and calm the senses at the same time! The kitchen was so wonderful! They had a 5-6 burner stove, a huge modern fridge and every other comfort needed or desired for cooking, entertaining or just having your evening meal. Gorgeous views of the mountains and the flowers seem to always be blooming from the 65 foot trees in the front and back yards. If you have children, this is an incredible place. Great backyard for them play in while you BBQ the veggies just outside the lanai or have a lovely more formal dinner there as well. Wine glasses, placemats, flowers, everything you need to enjoy life is already there. If you are a pilgrim, add to this that you can practically hear the bells ringing from the temple. If you are two couples sharing space for a pilgrimage, this is the place to be vs. a hotel or anywhere else. The kitchen is over the top great. It is elegant and warm at the same time. Great for cooking, eating, relaxing or whatever, tea or drinks. Lots of space for several people to be in their cooking together, which was a highlight of my most recent stay. It is up the hill from Kapaa, an incredible drive with waterfalls and all....and in town just below is a great market called Papaya's with spices, organic foods and grains and everything else you will need to eat well at home should you decide not to eat out. Amazing place. Laundry room with iron and board great too. Lots of towels, sheets, blankets, etc. Bascially this beautiful home that is in a beautiful neighborhood has all one needs to live well for a weekend, week, two weeks or a month. Lovely space.

I was amazed at how well this place accommodated two families. With eight of us running around, in and out, there was never a problem with parking, making meals, doing laundry, or even having a moment to oneself in the dining area, the living room, the back tv/bedroom/library, or any of the bedrooms. The beach is one thing but living up higher is lovely and DEAD QUIET. Plus you are close to the wilds, the amazing garden grounds of the nearby Monastery (no problems getting in on a tour because you don't have to reserve a place for your car). For the price and the quality and the flexibility of this big happy space I haven't found another place that pleases every person in a group as much as this.

Our family really enjoyed staying in this home! It is bright and comfortable with an open floor plan, large kitchen and lanai. Very nice layout with the master bedroom on one side of the house and two large bedrooms on the other side. Really loved the big kitchen and bathrooms, very nice quality. We came to visit the Hindu monastery and the location could not be more ideal - walking distance! Just a short drive down the hill and we were at the beach. The setting was very peaceful and we will definitely be staying here again.
