Enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful view of a 33 by 12 foot heated pool and the Raleigh Canal from the first floor unit of the Blue Heron Condominium. There is a large screened lanai and we are across from a small park in a quiet residential area. If you are a boater, we have a boat dock for your use – or arrangements can be made for a boat rental. A 10-15 minute cruise will get you to the Caloosahatchee River which can bring you to the Gulf, Sanibel and Captiva. Or, you can fish from our dock. There are beaches, shopping, restaurants, all within the vicinity.
The unit has two bedrooms and two baths, which are on either end and are furnished with queen size beds. The master bedroom has a doorwall opening to screened in lanai and has an in-suite bathroom. The back bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. Couch and loveseat are in the living area. There is a separate area for dining located inside and if you enjoy the outdoors, there is a table and chairs in the screened in lanai.
