Beautiful new luxury home built in late 2005. Located in wonderful Rotonda West on a fresh water canal. Enjoy your morning coffee/tea on the lanai overlooking the heated pool and the canal while soaking up the morning sunshine. Nature always provides sights along the canal. During the day the sun fills the pool area and by late day the covered lanai provides a great area to relax in the shade. The forth tee of the long marsh golf course is across the street.
Our non-smoking home features a master suite with a king bed, walkin closet and a huge master bath featuring a glass blocked walk-in shower and a raised double vanity. There is a TV on a corner shelf and a ceiling fan in the tray ceiling with "Mood" lighting on a remote. A sliding door enters directly to the lanai/pool. The second bedroom also has a slider to the pool, a queen bed and walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds.
A wonderful open kitchen and dining nook area combines with a convenient desk area with a TV, phone with answering machine and a computer hookup with high speed internet service provided. Separate formal dining area next to great room. The home is well furnished and ready for your relaxation.

Security deposit of $350 due with balance of booking 45 days prior to start date.

Security Deposit will be refunded after vacating and inspection.

This property is perfect. Owners thought about everything. The house was spotless and gave us exactly what we needed; quite, private, and relaxing time in a goergous home. Beaches were close by and the choices were plenty. We recommend Gasparilla island. Thanks
