My husband and I spent a week in November at this Sand Pointe Condo and found it to be a delightful retreat. The condo was comfortable, quiet, clean, well located and very well appointed. We loved the island and were able to walk into town or very easily ride bikes to get around. There was time to relax on the beach outside the condo and also lots of interesting things to do on the island. We found the owner and the rental agency very helpful and easy to work with. Would definitely rent the same unit again.

We've stayed at this location twice and have found the description and location of the property as well as descriptive photos to be informative and totally accurate. Property was extremely clean with every ammenity possibly needed. Owner is extremely helpful in working out reservations or providing for requested services. Is organized for family accomodations and services. Parking is available underneath condo and makes it extremely helpful during periodic periods of rain showers. Location provides for easy accesability to restaurants, grocery, drug store, golf, churches, medical, and other needed services.

This is a very clean and comfortable unit with friendly owners. Although I stayed here alone, I can see that it is well equipped for families as well. Unit has a well equipped kitchen, beach chairs and toys, high chair, umbrella stroller, tv in both bedrooms, etc. I could go on forever. Sand Pointe has great beach access just a short walk down a wooden boardwalk as well as a well kept pool and small lagoon. The grounds are neat and clean. I would highly recommend this unit. This unit will always be my first choice when visiting Sanibel.

Owner response:Thanks , Amber ! We do occasionally have guests traveling alone and I know it is a very safe place to be ( the complex and the island as a whole ) . The other thing I hear is that since Sand Pointe is a medium size complex , guests like the fact that they do see other people, but it is not crowded or super busy.

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) thoroughly enjoyed our time in your condo. The condo had lots of room and was very convenient to everything! Our girls loved that your condo was on the beach and had a great pool! We will definitely come back!

Excellent Accommodations

The condo was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Although the pictures accurately represent the various rooms of the condo and how tastefully it's decorated, they can't possibly convey how comfortable all the furnishings are from the comfortable beds to the living room and lanai furniture. The lanai has a wonderful, relaxing view of a lagoon and the Gulf. It also faces a nice-sized pool to keep an eye on the kids. The kitchen is well stocked for those wanting to eat meals in. There are various games and videos for children to play with along with books to take to the beach to read. The condo also has both pool and beach toys along with shade umbrellas for the beach. Another nice feature is being able to park below the condo in the shade. This was my second time renting this unit. I was so impressed last year, I came back. Both the owner and management company are extremely nice and easy to do business with.

Sand Pointe

We are repeat visitors to this beautiful condominium in Sanibel, Florida. This condo is perfect for a family vacation or a couples getaway. The condo has all the amenities of home in a beautiful location. The kitchen is generous in size with appliances available to cook full-sized meals to be enjoyed on the large dining room table or on the large table on the lanai, which overlooks the pool and the beach just beyond. The decor is bright and cheerful, and the many varied appliances in the kitchen are great to use for special meals and snacks. Our favorite activities when we visit are to spend the day on the beach, which is just footsteps away, rent bicycles to explore the island in the afternoon, and visit one of the many fun eating establishments on Sanibel or nearby Captiva in the evening. A very popular place to watch the sun set is on Captiva Island, which draws many visitors to watch and cheer as the sun sets in a blaze of glory. We have always enjoyed our stay at Sand Pointe, and plan to visit many more times in the future!

Beautiful, clean and well-kept. All the comforts of home! The Gulf views from the lanai are amazing and the pool and gardens are incredible. Close to great restaurants and shopping. Took a drive to the end of the island to see the lighthouse. If you like shells, you'll love Sanibel beach. Every shell you can imagine! The complete kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from a light breakfast to a full dinner. Just stop by the local market for your groceries. Also really appreciated the washer and dryer. Took my laptop and enjoyed free hi-speed internet connection. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

Great for families

This condo was so comfortable, clean, and had everything we would have wanted or needed. Especially appreciated the washer/dryer! Complex had lovely grounds and a wonderful pool, with lots of pool toys provided. Beach was just steps away. Shopping and great restaurants close by, and a wonderful bike path right across the street that I ran on each morning. Wonderful experience!

We have not been to Sanibel Island over spring break for several years. I forgot how much fun it is! Lots of families with kids. The pool was buzzing with activity and walks on the beach were great! We enjoyed the view from the condo onto the pool area and enjoyed the quiet evenings on the porch. Condo was perfect - kitchen well stocked, movies to watch, games to play. Sand Pointe is a great place to vacation and your condo was perfect!
