Our updated comfortable condo overlooks the pool ( picture lounging on the screened lanai drinking ice tea while watching your family play in the pool ) and the Gulf of Mexico! Our kitchen is fully furnished and complete by an owner who loves to cook, with extras like a blender, juicer, wine glasses, even sippy cups. Our washer and dryer are in the unit and are new and full size. We have free wireless high speed internet, lots of children and family type movies , games , puzzles, pool and beach toys. New 37" widescreen TV
With our condo is the very desirable Sand Pointe complex, we enjoy less than usual # units ( 45) and a larger than average size heated pool . Never worry about getting a pool chair at Sand Pointe any time of year. The grounds are very tropical with the small lagoon, palm trees , beautiful landscaping, and at night is stunning with landscaping lighting. We are located on the first floor above the parking area so you are just steps to the pool, and from there only about 60 steps to the beach .
