It feels so secluded and private, even with so many units. We loved it. The boys loved the trail to the lake and the rocks. We would love to come back. P.S. Thanks for making things so comfortable.

Enjoyed it very much. Thanks for the use of the condo. The views of the lake is great and we enjoyed the hot tub, TV and WiFi. Wish we had made it to the pool. We also loved all the hiking around--Gooseberry Falls, Baptism River and Split Rock. All so beautiful! Also went up to Grand Marais for a day, a lovely drive and a cute town. Great salmon @ Gills in Two Harbors and great food at Blackwoods Grill. I highly recommend the salmon caesar salad. We hope to come again.

As much as the North Shore is "out place" we have never spent 6 days up here at once! This was a wonderful way to do this!~ Our son and D-I-L joined us as well as our best friends for a few days--everyone had a good time. My goal was to complete a quilt top and 3 bindings--all done! This is proof that I can get work done when I have the lake to look and listen to. Thanks for sharing your place!

Checking out tomorrow after 3 great days at your condo. We were very comfortable here, and as always, would love to have more time in northern Minnesota paradise

What a lovely setting. Loved hearing the waves crash! We highly recommend Rustic Inn for pie (not Betty's) and the Lemon Wolf cafe. The bakery across street has great snickerdoodles.! Sawtooth Outfitters in Tofte led us on a great kayak adventure. Climbing on Shovel Point was beautiful. The fishing on Mic Mac in Tettegouche was like a fish farm! Loved it all! Only thing a little frustrating was the wireless was usually too slow--probably because it was overwhelmed by too many users and too little bandwidth. Need bedside tables on each side of beds, dish towels (we'd use less papertowels if you had some), bath mats (I almost slipped getting out of shower), tongs in kitchen; were out of trash bags. Owner comment: Qwest broadband internet will be installed. Sorry we ran out of trash bags. Tongs apparently went missing and will replace. Thanks for advice on bath mats.

The townhome was just as described. It was well maintained and had everything you generally would want. We cooked in the place a number of nights (2 adults and 2 tweens). The whirlpool was enjoyed by everyone, and the boys especially liked having a pool available since Superior is too cold to swim in. We used this as home base to climb, hike, kayak, sight see, fish and rock hunt. We found lots of MN agates. The only thing a little frustrating was the wireless internet was unreliable and very slow. There is not enough bandwidth to support much of anything. My husband needed to work on the internet at night and usually could not. We would come back and recommend to others.
Owner response:I appreciate you posting a review and that you enjoyed our unit and the North Shore. The wireless internet has become a problem. I will secure Qwest broadband internet service in August.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We were fortunate enough to have perfect weather. Even managed a long hike up Gooseberry River, despite the state shutdown! We love your condo--beautiful view. We'll be back!

What a perfect beautiful place to just "be." The energy of this lake is so healing. I feel so lucky to have been here. Wish all the world could experience this.

Thank you for the use of your beautiful town home. What an awesome view from here, especially the sunrise & full moon shining over the lake! We had some excitement the other day when we saw a small bear while coming back from a drive up north! Ice cream at the Big Dipper was a big hit!

When we first stepped in everyone is in awe when they see this place. All the children run up the stairs to see what it looks like. The littlest one is obsessed with the huge bathtub upstairs. We step out to the porch and just stare. No one says anything because the scenery is just jaw dropping. We listen carefully to the splashing of the water. My uncle points at the cliffs out in the distance on the coast. It's so remarkably peaceful that everyone fell in love with this place the minute we all stepped in. The air is refreshing that you want to stay out on the porch forever. And a single boat floats in the distance making the picture even more perfect. My whole family and I would like to thank you so much for letting us stay in this breathtaking condo. Thank you so much.

Beautiful place. We love it here. It would be convenient to have nightstands on both sides of beds. And more paper towels. Great location for trips along the North Shore. Better exit instructions would be appreciated and what to do with keys.

Lake Superior is truly magnificent and your townhome is comfortable, attractive and quiet. This was our first trip to the North Shore and we were impressed by the unspoiled beauty. The lighthouse and waterfalls were amazing. Thanks for providing such a great place to relax and connect with nature. P.S. I accidentally left my camera in the swimming pool area. A kind neighbor found it, scrolled through my pictures and identified us and returned it. How thoughtful and honest!

We must return home after already staying a day longer than planned. Your townhome is in a perfect location for day trips. We even saw a wolf during one of them. Everyone in Beaver Bay is so helpful and friendly. The food is terrific. We enjoyed the snow today, the waves crashing against the rocks and being able to see stars again. The townhome is warm, clean and comfortable. (The beds are so comfortable we slept in most days.) Thanks for taking care of the basics--the small touches (and we really did enjoy the snow & wind today. The rest of the week was too perfect.

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We hope for your sake it sells but for our sake it doesn't, as we'd love to come here again. Clock in master BR doesn't work--didn't matter to us as we were on "vacation time." [Owner's note: Clock replaced.]

So far we love the house! It's very beautiful! The Van Gogh painting on the wall and the little red chairs, they are my favorite! Such a quiet house. Hannah, age 18.

This is beautiful. It is the next best thing to being on the ocean and sunrises are beyond compare. Staying here with our son and daughter-in-law and little grandchildren age 2, 5. They loved it. Those little girls spent hours and hours walking the beaches and collecting rocks. They also loved the pool. I agree with everyone else--thank you for the supply of staples--it makes it not only easier but inviting to renters. This is our 2nd year up here on Labor Day weekend. We may need to make it a tradition. Thank for a clean, beautiful stay. Only thing we found: blinds need fixing in 2nd bedroom! [Owners note: Will arrange for repair.]

The beds were wonderful to sleep on and the lake waves soothing to sleep by. This is a lovely condo and we enjoyed ourselves. The toilet roll bracket in the main floor bathroom needs adjustment and the upstairs front bedroom spout in tub needs tightening. [Owner's note: Both items have been repaired.]

The fog rolled in to creep up and in between the rocks on the point to the left of the condo. Pink tones in the sky peeked out from the clouds of fog as the fog rose to completely cover the point--a photographer's dream except for the screens on the upper level. Tree interfered with the view of point from the deck. The decor was cheerful, appropriate and minimalist. The toilet paper roll in lower level needs to be attached better. These two 65+ had a goal--hike 3 waterfalls on zero exercise regimen. Mission accomplished with Advil and ice! Great photos but but the best were from the 3 days of fog on all the points! Beds were great. We liked the deck furniture. Even snoozed in them as the fog horn softly sent its warnings and waves lapped the shore and bits of sun soaked our faces. We really appreciate that there were some staples. We usually stay at Sea Villas in Lutsen and there is nothing in the kitchen sometimes, not even pepper and salt. I hate packing it all in or buying it. The bakery from the country store is fabulous. Ate 3 meals (at Crossings cafe), all outstanding including the thinnest crust I've ever seen on pizza. The Athena (restaurant)beats out DiAmicos! The deck chairs are a problem after rain and fog. Take too long to dry and you get wet sitting in them. Other chairs can be toweled off. [Owner's note: Toilet paper holder was refastened; wasn't aware of it until now.]

Beautiful townhome. Comfortable and what a view! We enjoyed our stay along the North Shore each day at different trails. My tired legs sure loved the Jacuzzi at day's end. Ate a fine dinner at Northern Lights. Toured Grand Marais and hiked Devil's Kettle (near GM). Great trip--things to do and time to relax. Thanks for sharing your townhome with us.
