We just returned from a wonderful 3 day weekend at this cabin. Everything was perfect. Such a clean, neat cabin tucked away on the secluded mountainside. Perfect winter weather made our weekend gettaway very memorable. We will be back!

I'm a teacher from Miami Florida, and after a year of school, 7th graders, parents, and traffic, I was ready for a quiet and relaxing time. That was exactly what I found. The cabin was perfect for 6 people, however we were only two. It was on the top of the mountain, surrounded by tall trees so it really looked like you were in a tree-house. Everything that I needed was there, and the little town of Blairsville was really close and convenient. Lisa was available and sweet. I will definitely stay here again...

My family headed up to this sweet cottage last October and had a wonderful long weekend. The views are beautiful from the porch and the house is so cozy and clean. It's close to everything - lakes, hiking, mountain top views, etc. The owners were gracious and so easy to work with. It was perfect family get-away.

We were pleasantly surprised to arrive at the cabin, to find everything very neat and tidy. The place is easily described as intimate and cozy, and was an absolutely perfect weekend getaway! Another pleasant surprise was to find all the comforts of home, including paper towels, dishes, salt, pepper, coffee filters... Certainly a nice touch! It felt like our very own little mountain cabin with everything you could need. Some would describe this as isolated and far away from things, but we absolutely enjoyed this aspect more than anything, the solitude, the isolation, the privacy. The nights were cool and quiet with not a sound to be heard, the hot tub and the view was the perfect addition to a romantic weekend. Blairsville restaurants are super close and convenient, Lisa was very helpful with everything. Not one single negative the whole weekend. This may very well be our vacation spot every few months. Perfect and much needed, relaxing getaway from the Atlanta craziness. The $65 cleaning fee is more than fair for all comforts of home provided, for guaranteeing a clean spa, clean sheets, and such a clean and tidy place. Thanks for letting us borrow your cabin for the weekend Lisa, what a treat! Shane & Heather
Owner response:It is our pleasure to share the cabin with others who love the mountains as much as we do.

My wife and I just spent te holiday weekend at the cabin and what a wonderful time we had. The home is very comfortable with spectacular views of the mountains and at the hot tub at night with the view of the stars was exactly what we needed after hiking all day. We are looking forward to the next time we can visit in the near future.

A fantastic cabin and a great value! Easy to get to but you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere, and the hot tub on the deck is amazing. Perfect for a weekend away. Thanks!

The cabin was very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much!!! However, a $65 cleaning fee should not be required when you ask visitors to do several "chores" before leaving the property.
Owner response:The $65 cleaning fee covers spa service, laundry, bathrooms, and floors. Prior to leaving the cabin, we do require our guests to place all wet linens and towels in the bathtub. We ask that the beds used are stripped, all dishes & pans are placed, and all garbage is disposed in the outside trash bin on front porch. :)

Thanks for the relaxing weekend at your cabin! We loved the convenience of the location, however you still felt removed from town, and we were fully able to enjoy the peacefulness of the mountains.

We had a wonderful stay at your cabin. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, especially the hot tub. It was a treat to sink into it each night after a day of hiking or horseback riding. The privacy of the cabin allows lots of peace and quiet and the surroudings are beautiful. We will definitely recommend it to our friends!
