The bungalow is set on a spacious, well-groomed lot overlooking the active Lake Macatawa Harbor. The sandy beaches of Lake Michigan are a lazy walk away. A second floor deck allows the luxury of enjoying the pleasant summer evenings and the harbor activity.
For the boater, slips are available to rent next door at Eldean Shipyard.
The bungalow is a modern cottage condominium, attached to a private residence. It has all the comforts of home including a cozy kitchen fully equipped with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The living room features a 20-foot ceiling and windows and deck overlooking the water. Two bedrooms, each with queen-size beds, and one bedroom with bunk beds provide sleeping for six. Other features include two baths, two cable TVs, a washer and dryer, central air conditioning, a gas grill on the deck, and a two-stall garage. A Ping-Pong table is located in the garage. All linens and bath towels are provided. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed.
In addition to the bungalow facilities, guests will have access to the exclusive Macatawa beach.
