Our Luxurious Villa is located just ten minutes from Walt Disney World in the beautiful town of Kissimmee! Set in a private, gated resort which hosts tennis and volleyball courts, 13 acre fishing lake with beach, club house with gym, meeting room, and large pool with spa. Pets are NOT allowed.
The villa has six bedrooms, two of which are Master suites, one with a King size bed and TV the second with a Queen size bed and TV. There are 2 further bedrooms one with a King size bed, TV and the other with a Queen size bed & TV. 2 Twin bedrooms both with TV's and one being a Disney Theme. A full kitchen with oven, microwave. Toaster, refrigerator (with instant cold drinking water and ice), dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, double sink with waste disposal, and breakfast table.
The living room has three suites to relax in while enjoying all your home comforts. Those comforts include a 50" cable TV/hi-fi/VCR (with large selection of tapes), board games, or just relax and enjoy the view of our private swimming pool overlooking the lake. A barbecue is provided. Also free of charge as well as a high chair and crib. The 30 x 15 soth/west facing pool has a large sun deck with ample patio furniture and sun lounges with a free standing Hot-Tub.
Games room consists of 7' slate bed pool Table, air hockey Table, football Table and TV.
