  My husband and I had a wonderful time at N. Topsail. This was our second time staying in this condo. and we love it. It is so homey and comfortable with everything you need. Our daughter and her son were going to try to come down but couldn't make it but there would have been plenty of room for them. So relaxing. We are planning to go again next year. Lorraine is awesome too!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway.

  Military Discount - Wonderful condo, clean and bright. I stayed 10 days. My son was with me for 8 days before he deployed to Afghanistan. Owner Lorraine was "wonderful" to work with - she is retired military and so is her husband. She was so flexible as my sons departure was delayed and delayed she just blocked time off for me without hesitation. We watched dolphins play from the deck. The condo has a nice walkway to the beach, pool and outside grills . We really appreciated the elevator and luggage carts hauling gear up and down. On a personal note - Lorraine and her husband understood the emotions both my son and I were dealing with, her recommendation to walk the beach together and take lots of pictures - are now memories I will never forget with my son. lots of sea shells!

  Thanks for a wonderful vacation in your condo. My family and I had a great time and the weather was almost perfect. We will definitely consider renting your condo again.

  I stayed at this condo with my husband, brother, and sister-in-law (2 couples) and had an amazing vacation. The condo is located in a beautiful oceanfront spot and was decorated bright and cheerful. The resort had two pools which were very close to the unit. We enjoyed coffee on the ocean front balcony in the mornings, and opened all the windows in the evening for the wonderful breeze coming off of the ocean. The neighbors were quiet and everyone we encountered was friendly. The owner was helpful and had great communication with us all the way from the booking process until our arrival. This was key for us because it was our first time using vrbo instead of a rental company. The owner really put our mind at ease and provided a home for us that was much more than we expected it to be. We hope to return next year!

  There was a last minute building maint. project that scuttled our rental plans here for one week in March of this year, through no fault of the owner, Colleen, who quickly put us in touch with another owner there who had a lovely condo to rent. When we arrived home a few days later, a check for all of our deposits was waiting for us. MANY THANKS, Colleen...you saved us. Would recommend dealing with you to any prospective renters. Your condo looks toward the sunset with no obstruction of beach views. BEAUTIFUL spot, wonderful beach......Gail and Russ, Michigan
