We recently rented this townhome for a week's vacation. The home is clean, comfortable and quaint....photos do not do the place justice. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need if you choose to cook. The owners were very easy to rent from....very prompt with their responses via e-mail and available to answer questions while we were at the home. The beach is literally down the street (perhaps a 3 minute walk) and the beach is private and clean. Great location for those who may choose to sighsee or for someone who just wants a comfortable place to relax. We highly recommend this place!!!

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

What a wonderful spot. We just loved being able to walk to the Popponessett Marketplace for lunch or dinner. The long beach allows for plenty of shell searching. Can't wait until next summer Judith Walsh

A very private end unit with both front and backyard patios. MBR is upstairs and children's BR is on first floor. Ceiling fans in MBR and LR. Skylight in 1st floor BR. Located on the end of a dead end street. There is a large grassy area where kids can play in front of our unit. The beach is 75 yards away.

About the owner: I am an elementary school teacher in the Hudson Valley area of New York. Plans include to retire to the Cape within the next few years.

This property is in an ideal location to enjoy all of Cape Cod's beauty. Our private beach is pristine and is only just a walk down the street. I enjoy swimming, kayaking and standup paddling right from our beach.
