The unique Inlet building in the Minorca complex is directly on the ocean, only 100 yards from the beach over a wooden boardwalk. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a nicely-appointed dining/living room. The second bedroom can be arranged with one king bed or two twins at your request.
For those whose computers must stay connected to the outside world, wireless high speed internet is available in the unit.
Let the sunrise greet you each morning as you wake up to the spectacular ocean panorama dotted with white sails, fishing boats and the few surfers who have already hit the waves.
Enjoy morning coffee and evening appetizers on the 8’ x 31’ balcony that overlooks one of the best surfing beaches on the East Coast. Use the high bar stools to see over the railing, or relax, read or sunbathe in the chaise and lower deck chairs. Observe the pelicans and other sea birds as they fly before you at eye level. The Ponce Lighthouse just across the inlet carries out it’s nightly duty and augments the idyllic seascape.
Put on your walking shoes and stroll along the 1.5 mile boardwalk that winds its way through the Dunes Park between you and the end of the peninsula. Don’t miss the tortoises basking in the sun along the way. Then cool off in the pool just below your balcony.
Like to fish? Play tennis? Work out in exercise/weight facilities? Ride a bike? Take your pick...all are available from your “Lighthouse Getaway”. And of course the community of New Smyrna Beach offers quaint shops, restaurants and many sea-faring options.
Close to Orlando attractions and Kennedy Space Center.
