Rustic Luxury is a three-story, 3000 sq. foot, luxury cabin at Cascade Lake. It is located three tenths mile from the Boulder Creek boat ramp. The driveway is large enough for many cars, a boat trailer or snowmobile trailer. Summer activities include mountain biking, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, zipline at Tamarack, a round of golf at one of the five courses in the valley and all the water sports you can handle. In the winter, there is skiing, snowboarding, winter playland in McCall, snowmobiling, and sledding. Year round enjoy the soothing hot springs at Gold Fork.
The interior is spacious and comfortable. You will notice it is rustic yet luxurious with all the modern amenities and upgrades such as two media rooms, two utility rooms, granite counter tops, travertine master bath, and all new upgraded appliances. The loft is a great place to relax, watch a movie or play games and it overlooks the living area. For those cold winter nights, cozy up to the fireplace. There is also a romantic gas stove in the master suite. This is a cabin you will want to come back to again and again. It truly is a retreat. For hot summer nights, turn on the air-conditioner or relax on the wrap around mid-level porch.
The exterior features full landscaping, concrete driveway, wrap-around mid-level balcony, private backyard picnic table, path to a firepit fully stocked with chairs and firewood for your marshmallow enjoyment!
We are located 90 miles from Boise, Idaho, and just minutes from the new Tamarack Resort. We are only 15 miles from McCall and beautiful Payette Lake. Brundage Mountain Ski Resort is about 40 minutes away.

- Summertime - The boat dock and park is a very short walk! Tamarack has mountain biking trails and a zipline course. Wintertime - There is nearby Elk feeding that starts mid December to early spring. This is an amazing experience using horse and sleigh pulling loads of hay and visitors. You wil never get this close to wild elk.

- Pet Friendly : We know many "outdoorsy" people have canine buddies. After all, we do too! All we ask from our family dog lovers is to maintain a clean and respectable visit to our home. We'd prefer the dog to be crate trained, not allowed on furniture and not allowed to scratch or harm doors and door casings. Renters are financially responsible for any damage incurred by their pet. An additional deposit will be required. Thank you!

Why the Owner Chose Donnelly
Donnelly is such a beautiful area. Close to Lake Cascade and the Tamarack Resort we saw this area as a prime investment that we could also enjoy ourselves. We also love to bring our horses up to the area and ride the Paddy Flat Hills or the backside of Tamarack and look over the Lake. It is breathtaking!
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin
There is so much to do in Donnelly! Skiing, sledding, hiking, horse back riding, hot springs, hunting/fishing, ice skating, historical scenery and so much more. It is a hidden paradise. We hope you visit and enjoy your stay. Our cabin is only .3 miles from the boat dock and beach area. We have a private forest back yard with a fire pit, large surround deck on the middle floor and pool table and darts in the garage. There are plenty of spaces for many people to spread out and hang out! Enjoy an incredible view of Tamarack mountain and say hello to neighbors on their way to the beach in the summer or snowmobiling past the house to the frozen lake in the winter. This cabin will help you create lifetime memories.
Easy access and close to the cabin. Most visitors just walk to the access to enjoy a family beach day or simply anchor or beach your boat right at the beach.

We didn't just buy this cabin, we built it and decorated with our hands and heart. My husband and I married in 2004. We wanted a vacation spot that we could come back to again and again. At the time, he had 4 children and I had one, we built the house large enough to accomodate them and the friends they may want to bring. We also planned to have lots of visitors. We enjoy sharing our home with others and love to see what you write in the guest book provided!

We brought our family, our boat and our friends. We barbequed out on the deck and watched the kids take our four wheeler back and forth to the lake. The best part was the view of the fireworks off the lake from the deck! Awesome. We will come back again.

This is the second time we stayed at this cabin and we will be back. The moosehead and logging photo wall were new additions since last time we stayed. I love how you keep it fresh. Thank you for thinking of everything. We loved the hot chocolate and extra specials you set out for us. We drank a too much, ate too much and laughed too loud but we don't regret a single moment. My family and I were looking for a place with lots of room to spread out. We have teenagers and young children (the two don't mix well.) We found this home to be perfect! With 3 stories and 2 entertainment rooms, we were all very comfortable when we found our selves housebound due to an unexpected snow/sleet storm. We will visit this home again and recommend it to others. Thanks for a great memory!

Hello Everyone! We just made some changes to this cabin to make it the BEST you can find! We added a moose head for that "lodge" look and feel. We changed out the master bedroom to a KING sized bed with some plush and quality furnishings and bedding. We also added an X-Box to the kid's entertainment room downstairs!! You are going to LOVE this house! Be sure to refer your friends and family!
