The owners are so accommodating....I have rented many houses in Avalon over the years, and this was absolutely the BEST! Everything was included, and more...no need to bring the sheets, towels, bikes or beach chairs...the one thing I dread about the yearly trip to the shore is packing up all the supplies...it was all there! The house is decorated nicely, and lots of very good quality household items! Thank you Shawn and Rosemary!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Absolutely loved the house and our stay in Avalon. Well equipped and comfortably housed 7 adults & 2 children. Short walk to beach and shops and the little ones went crabbing at end of street. Would definitely stay again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
