We just arrived from our summer vacation at this townhouse...It really was like if we never had left our home ....awesome....everything just came out right...very clean, neat, organized...has everything you need at your own home...a very quiet and peaceful place to relax and sleep with no disturbance (you don't listen to nothing going at the outsides..nothing!!) just perfect and especially after a long day at the parks....awesome!! Just in the middle of all type of shopping stores, pharmacy, parks, restaurants, etc. Highly recommended. Thank you Vincent for all your attentions and help A+...looking forward for our next Orlando vacations...regards...

Totally Exceeded Expectations

My family of 7 just spent the lead up days to Christmas in this very comfortable unit. Fully stocked with everything we needed and located in a great spot for visiting the parks. A large swimming pool and hot tub within a few steps of the unit were heated beautifully for the weather. The unit itself was spotlessly clean and extremely quiet for tired vacationers. The two storey layout and extra bathroom made it easy for our teenagers to spread out and chill. We will always have a fond remembrance of this unit as our only daughter accepted her boyfriend's proposal in the living room during our stay. We would totally recommend this unit to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, convenient place to stay in Orlando. Owners were more than helpful with local information lwaving a large coil bound information book for the property, as well as brochures for attractions.

Our family of 4 stayed at this townhouse the week of Thanksgiving 2011! Wow, what a pleasant surprise as we opened the townhouse door & found the property BETTER then the pictures! The townhouse was clean, spacious & extremely well kept. As a mother I'm cautious about what our boys touch in hotel rooms & NEVER let them sit on the floor. The property was very clean & felt like our home - we were all able to relax. The boys enjoyed quiet evenings upstairs playing with their new purchases from the Parks while my husband & I relaxed downstairs. The entire townhouse was well equipped and every detail was thought of by the owners. The gated entrance & security making regular rounds made us feel safe on site. The pool & club house were top notched and the pool was so warm that I even swam. The grounds were well kept & we even seen workers scrapping gum off the street. The location was PERFECT! A short distance to Disney Parks, Downtown Disney, Wal-mart, Starbucks & outlet mall. It was easy to get around town to the parks & we didn't worry about getting lost. We've stayed in several hotels in the Disney area over the years & have to say we WILL stay at this townhouse again. The townhouse made it one of the most enjoyable vacations we've had. It was truly relaxing & no need for a vacation from our vacation. Vinnie & his wife were great to work with & answered our questions promptly. Our deposit was returned without incident & access to the property did worry me but it was easy & secure. I'd recommend this property to all my friends & look forward to our next trip to Orlando. Basically for our second trip to Orlando the location and this house exceeded our expectations. On arrival the owners provided us with every available information needed to make our holiday a success. And things only got better. The apartment was a delight. Beautifully furnished and comfortable. If the proof of really great accommodation lies in the ability to feel truly relaxed by doing nothing and just admiring the view, then this is just the house for a good holiday. Would I recommend it to friends? Naturally. Thanks for all the attention to detail in all your correspondences.

Convenient, well stocked, great deal

We stayed for a week at this spacious 3br 2 bath condo. The unit is very well stocked with everything possible you could need. All major chain restaurants are just up the road. A SAMs Club, super Wal mart and target are also less than 3 miles away. Doorstep to any of the Disney parks are about 12-15 miles and a very easy drive. We used the condos main pool and it was nice. The security is present 24/7 and was very helpful with our late arrival. Highly recommend this great find!

We enjoy sharing our home for people to get away and relax. You have shopping, restaurants, golf, fishing and the theme parks all within minutes of the front door.

We stayed in the condo January 20-27, 2011. It was conveniently located to Old Town where we were conducting business. The condo was very clean and complex was well maintained. It was too cool to use the pool, but the fitness center was great after over indulging several nights at seafood restaurants. Would highly recommend this property and plan to return next year. The owner was very prompt in returning our deposit and a pleasure to work with.

My family of 6 adults recently stayed here during the Disney Marathon weekend. The home was very clean and spacious, and close to the main clubhouse, pool, and hottub. Every restaurant or store you could ask for is nearby. The owner was also very quick to respond with any questions we had. We would certainly stay here again.

We stayed for the month of Jan..the condo is very nice and clean. well equipped for long stay. Location is a short walk to the pool which was great! Gated complex, always felt safe. The owners where great to deal with, always having our best interests at heart.Refunded our deposit promptly, which was important to us. Would recommend this condo for short or long stays, we would gladly stay at this condo next year. Tell the owners I sent u!
