very convenient to area events. we were there to watch spring training baseball so saw games in kissimmee, orlando, and lakeland. easy access to highway system. parks were all 10-15 min if we had wanted to do those. was a good stay. fast return of deposit money

Totally Exceeded Expectations

My family of 7 just spent the lead up days to Christmas in this very comfortable unit. Fully stocked with everything we needed and located in a great spot for visiting the parks. A large swimming pool and hot tub within a few steps of the unit were heated beautifully for the weather. The unit itself was spotlessly clean and extremely quiet for tired vacationers. The two storey layout and extra bathroom made it easy for our teenagers to spread out and chill. We will always have a fond remembrance of this unit as our only daughter accepted her boyfriend's proposal in the living room during our stay. We would totally recommend this unit to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, convenient place to stay in Orlando. Owners were more than helpful with local information lwaving a large coil bound information book for the property, as well as brochures for attractions.

Our family of 4 stayed at this townhouse the week of Thanksgiving 2011! Wow, what a pleasant surprise as we opened the townhouse door & found the property BETTER then the pictures! The townhouse was clean, spacious & extremely well kept. As a mother I'm cautious about what our boys touch in hotel rooms & NEVER let them sit on the floor. The property was very clean & felt like our home - we were all able to relax. The boys enjoyed quiet evenings upstairs playing with their new purchases from the Parks while my husband & I relaxed downstairs. The entire townhouse was well equipped and every detail was thought of by the owners. The gated entrance & security making regular rounds made us feel safe on site. The pool & club house were top notched and the pool was so warm that I even swam. The grounds were well kept & we even seen workers scrapping gum off the street. The location was PERFECT! A short distance to Disney Parks, Downtown Disney, Wal-mart, Starbucks & outlet mall. It was easy to get around town to the parks & we didn't worry about getting lost. We've stayed in several hotels in the Disney area over the years & have to say we WILL stay at this townhouse again. The townhouse made it one of the most enjoyable vacations we've had. It was truly relaxing & no need for a vacation from our vacation. Vinnie & his wife were great to work with & answered our questions promptly. Our deposit was returned without incident & access to the property did worry me but it was easy & secure. I'd recommend this property to all my friends & look forward to our next trip to Orlando. Basically for our second trip to Orlando the location and this house exceeded our expectations. On arrival the owners provided us with every available information needed to make our holiday a success. And things only got better. The apartment was a delight. Beautifully furnished and comfortable. If the proof of really great accommodation lies in the ability to feel truly relaxed by doing nothing and just admiring the view, then this is just the house for a good holiday. Would I recommend it to friends? Naturally. Thanks for all the attention to detail in all your correspondences.

Convenient, well stocked, great deal

We stayed for a week at this spacious 3br 2 bath condo. The unit is very well stocked with everything possible you could need. All major chain restaurants are just up the road. A SAMs Club, super Wal mart and target are also less than 3 miles away. Doorstep to any of the Disney parks are about 12-15 miles and a very easy drive. We used the condos main pool and it was nice. The security is present 24/7 and was very helpful with our late arrival. Highly recommend this great find!

We enjoy sharing our home for people to get away and relax. You have shopping, restaurants, golf, fishing and the theme parks all within minutes of the front door.

Very Comfortable

We stayed in the condo January 20-27, 2011. It was conveniently located to Old Town where we were conducting business. The condo was very clean and complex was well maintained. It was too cool to use the pool, but the fitness center was great after over indulging several nights at seafood restaurants. Would highly recommend this property and plan to return next year. The owner was very prompt in returning our deposit and a pleasure to work with.

My family of 6 adults recently stayed here during the Disney Marathon weekend. The home was very clean and spacious, and close to the main clubhouse, pool, and hottub. Every restaurant or store you could ask for is nearby. The owner was also very quick to respond with any questions we had. We would certainly stay here again.

We stayed for the month of Jan..the condo is very nice and clean. well equipped for long stay. Location is a short walk to the pool which was great! Gated complex, always felt safe. The owners where great to deal with, always having our best interests at heart.Refunded our deposit promptly, which was important to us. Would recommend this condo for short or long stays, we would gladly stay at this condo next year. Tell the owners I sent u!

We had a group of 6 stay at the condo while we were in town for a charity event. It was conveniently located to the airport, parks, and shopping. The condo was well furnished and tastefully decorated. We'd recommend it to anyone. The price was great and hopefully we can stay again next year!

5 friends and I stayed at this condo in early Oct when we were in Orlando for a charity event. It was a great location, convenient to airport and parks. The condo was clean and nicely decorated and the price was great. I would highly recommend it.

Thank you for letting us rent your town house it was a beautiful stay. The property is conveniently located close to all major highways which lead to all theme parks. When we got there the staff was very friendly and courteous. Security was excellent, took the time to escort us to the correct unit and also waited outside making sure everything was ok upon our entrance. The unit was beautiful and very well maintained. Everything was in perfect order. The children enjoyed every moment. Especially the pools and the hot tub. The view within the grounds was very relaxing by the lake. We strongly recommend family and friends to stay here. It felt like home. This was truly a wonderful vacation. The price is an absolute bargain. We strongly recommend for anyone to take advantage. Our family stayed for 11 nights at the Mullusi's condo in Venetian Bay willages. Our experience was hands down better than staying in a hotel! Our two kids each had a bedroom, leaving us parents with privacy to sleep and plan tomorrow's fun! The swimming pools were clean and well maintained and provided our kids with just the right break from the heat and tiredness from running around the parks. The price was just right and working out the details with Mr. Mellusi went without a hitch. Everything was as promised. We highly recommend this place and would stay again in a minute if we go back to Orlando.

We just arrived from our summer vacation at this townhouse...It really was like if we never had left our home ....awesome....everything just came out right...very clean, neat, organized...has everything you need at your own home...a very quiet and peaceful place to relax and sleep with no disturbance (you don't listen to nothing going at the outsides..nothing!!) just perfect and especially after a long day at the parks....awesome!! Just in the middle of all type of shopping stores, pharmacy, parks, restaurants, etc. Highly recommended. This is a wonderful place to stay! Tastefully decorated, clean and with all the ammenities of home. The notebook with all the "need to know" about the townhouse, area, recreation, shopping, resturants, etc. was especially helpful. The clubhouse, grounds, pools and playgrounds are great! Close to everything from shopping to entertainment. Mr. Millusi was awesome to work with, getting back with us immeditely to answer any questions we had. The condo unit was perfect for our needs and the feeling of 'home' exceeded our expectations, especially after a long day at the park. Every amenity of home was made available for us.
