My friends and I stayed in this condo and enjoyed it very much. The decor is very warm and inviting and tastefully done. The building itself is in a wonderful location, easy to reach Pensacola and also Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, Alabama. The pool area is very enjoyable and the view of the Gulf is fantastic. The owner of the condo was very easy and professional to work with. The condo exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay in the condo again the future. We would recommend this unit to anyone who wants a nice relaxing place to stay.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+.

We stayed in this Windermere condo in July 2011 and were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. The furniture and decor are upscale and very comfortable and appropriate. Large dining table great for the family group. Kitchen is very well equipped. Owner was very pleasant and professional to work with. Perdido Key is a nice mix of condos and some homes--not nearly as crowded as Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, but they are nearby for restaurants, shopping, etc. Condo is very close to a Publix grocery store, Walmart, and Target so shopping was easy. We saw the Blue Angels practice (Tuesday and Wednesday mornings--check their web site), and visited the Aviation Museum . Did some charter fishing and had wonderful red snapper dinners from the fish caught. Visited the outlets mall in Foley, Alabama (about 30 minutes from condo). Had a birthday celebration at The Oyster Bar restaurant (very good). A special experience involved a sighting of a nesting sea turtle late one night on the beach. She was tagged with a flashing monitor light and the next morning her nest of eggs had been roped off for safety. Amazing experience. Didn't make it to the dog races this time, but that's also a fun thing to do. And, of course, the Gulf beaches are unsurpassed. If you've never been to this area, you'll be amazed at the beautiful soft white sand beaches.

My family and I stayed in this condo and absolutely loved it. The condo is very well stocked and was very comfortable for all of us to stay in. As a parent, I enjoyed having our room in the front and the kids rooms in the back, each with their own bathroom. The owner was extremely nice and very helpful when renting this condo. We felt like the Windemere was one of the cleanest properties that we have stayed at. You always see people out maintaining the property. The beach chair boy was excellent and well attentive. I love how they have a bin for leaving items that you don't want to take home with you (floats, balls, chairs, etc.) . That is a very nice touch! We would definitely stay in this unit again in the future!

This is such a nice condo. It is tastefully decorated, very clean and had all the conveniences we needed (washer/dryer, small appliances, plenty of towels). All of the bedrooms were nice, beds slept great, TV's in rooms. Full size dining table, great for larger groups. Covered parking kept the car cool and out of the hot sun. It is so convenient to both Pensacola and Orange Beach/Gulf Shores - we were able to go shopping and have dinner in both locations. Unbelievable view of the ocean! And it was just a short walk away so we could run up to the condo for lunch and cold drinks. Pool area was nice, lots of chairs and large pool. The owner was so easy to work with, very responsive to emails and phone calls, and very helpful with information about the area and the condo. We had a restful, relaxed week and I will be a repeat customer for this condo. Thank you, we enjoyed the stay!
