This beautiful private home has everything you could want in a vacation home. It has been meticulously furnished and maintained inside and out, and is located in a lush enclave called "The Sanctuary", an exclusive gated community set within the private gated community of the Key West Golf Club.
The first floor is open and spacious: there are windows everywhere. In furnishing this home, no expense was spared to make this the ultimate in elegant tropical living.
The kitchen is fully equipped and will satisfy the demands of the most ambitious chef. All of the appliances are top of the line. There is a big bar where everyone can belly up to the counter for a casual breakfast; admire the cooking skills of the family chef, or just have a couple drinks with friends. For those times that you'd like a little time to yourself, there is a quiet sitting room off the living room, with a full bathroom.
The three bedrooms are all located on the second floor. Each has been thoughtfully furnished, with touches of tropical whimsy. Each has its own breezy veranda for a peaceful moment before starting your day. The master bedroom has its own in-suite bathroom and a spacious enclosed sitting room with panoramic views. There is another full bathroom for the second and third bedrooms.
The very large back porch steps down to a deck surrounding the pool with its carefully designed and tended landscaping: The perfect way to begin or end any day in complete privacy. You can enjoy your own pool or walk to the spectacular community pool a couple blocks up the road.
This home includes washer/dryer, central A/C and overhead fans throughout. Cable television is included. Wireless high speed internet service is included, and may be accessed from anywhere in the house or in the back yard.

Chris and Sharon were wonderful to work with. When I first contacted them I told them what we were looking for in a rental property for our vacation to Key West. They immediately sent me links to several outstanding properties. When we rented Falling Water I had no doubt that it would be breath taking, and it was. We really enjoyed how nicely the property was decorated and kept up. It made our vacation that much more enjoyable. Our three children enjoyed having a pool right in the backyard but also enjoyed the pool at the Club. The Sanctuary at Key West Golf Club is extremely private and secluded. We have already reccomended Chris and Sharon to several of our friends for their vacations. If you are looking for people you can truly trust and who will go that extra mile, look no further than The Santry's. They are wonderful people and great to deal with.
