Our home is within wawlking distance of the Gulf, and connects to a golf course. The bay beach is 5 minutes away. It has a wonderful view of a pond and is on stilts so parking is in the shade! It has two porches, 2 bedrooms (3 if you count our Murphy Bed) and 2 sleep sofas!
Breezes waft through the house! We are within walking distance of great restaurants, and particularly The Lazy Flamingo, the very best one. Also you can walk to Beachview Tennis/Golf Resort. The Recreation Center is nearby and has 2 pools and a childrens' water play area, as well as tennis, an exercise room, etc.
Sanibel Island has 31 miles of paved bicycle/walk paths - bikes may be rented for a small fee. Our Federal Park : Ding Darling, is the most visited park of all the Federal parks! Shells abide on the shore - low tide is the best!
Everything is ready for you! June, July, August and September are always open, as well as December. Only monthly rentals are allowed.
