Welcome to our Hay Lake Lodge Lakeside Townhome !

Enjoy relaxing, quiet comfort in our charming four season Townhome. The expansive tree-lined waterfront provides over 500 feet of gradual sand beach while a park-like setting enhances the spaciousness of the grounds. It's the ideal scene on a smaller recreational lake.

Close proximity to area amenities like golfing, shopping, and restaurants; plus the ability to snowmobile or bike from your townhome to both the Paul Bunyan Trail and the Paul Bunyan Scenic Byway, enhances our prime location. Open four seasons, so near to quaint Pequot Lakes, makes us a favorite destination.

For summer guests, you and your family will have access to a boat slip, boat launching, excellent fishing, a fish cleaning house, tennis court, basketball court, fire pit, grill and playground area. We have a terrific swimming dock and sand beach for you or the kids. We're one mile east of the Paul Bunyan Trail for the walking and bicycling enthusiasts.

For our winter guests, you'll enjoy cozy evenings by the fire, snowmobiling from your doorstep and miles of trails to explore.

Your cozy Townhome is rustic, yet modern with all your conveniences in mind. Knotty pine interiors feature a large loft, vaulted great room, wood burning fireplace, cable TV, lakeside screen porch, living/dining great room and full kitchen with microwave and breakfast bar. Your townhome is fully equipped for housekeeping. Bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. New flooring and carpeting was installed this spring.

World-class golf is just around the bend. With more than 450 holes of golf set in dozens of distinctive Brainerd golf courses, the Lakes Area is renown for its concentration of top-rated golf courses within close proximity. Robert Trent Jones Jr., Arnold Palmer, Joel Goldstrand and Dye Designs are among the famous names who have had a hand in designing these outstanding courses. Several area courses have been nationally recognized by Golf Digest, Golfweek and Golf magazines.

Upper Hay Lake offers walleye, northern, largemouth bass, crappies, sunnies and bluegill.

Nightly-2 night minimum .. Holidays-3 night minimum  .. Weekly-Friday to Friday.
$250 damage deposit plus 50% of rent - Payment in full 2 weeks prior to arrival.
