After a long day out skiing, biking, hiking, golfing or playing tennis relax in front of the fireplace in the open beam great room. The bar/entertainment room makes for a great starting point before going out to the many restaurants and clubs down the road. While staying at the chalet, enjoy walking the property’s 5+ acres including many quiet spots along the pond bank and brook.
In the spacious open beam great room prepare a fire from the wood stack on-site, watch the new 42 inch plasma TV/DVD, get online with wireless internet service, and sit back into the large leather couches with recliners. During the day, enjoy the sunlight filtering into the great room through the sliders that egress onto a large deck. The fully equipped kitchen shares this great space and comfortably seats 8 for a sit down meal.
The chalet comfortably sleeps four couples or any combination fitting the following bedroom configurations. The largest bedroom upstairs includes a private full bathroom and two queen beds. The other upstairs bedroom includes one queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The downstairs bedroom has one queen bed, a large desk for working, sliding door to private access outside and an adjacent full size bathroom. Downstairs also includes a large bricked area room with many hooks for drying your wet equipment and bar room for all your entertaining needs. The entertainment room includes bar, stereo system, bumper pool, and darts.
Conveniently located 1/8th mile off mountain road near many restaurants and amenities, you’ll have access within minutes to a five star spa (Stoweflake Inn), golf course (Stowe Country Club/Stowe Mountain Resort facility), fitness club (Swimming Hole), and Stowe recreation path (11 mile paved path) and the historic Stowe downtown. Nine miles up Mountain Road is Stowe Mountain at Mt. Mansfield/ Spruce Peak and the world class cross country skiing trails at the Von Trapp Lodge.
