Every window in the house has a beautiful view of the 14,000 foot mountains surrounding Lake City. Relax on the back porch that runs the length of the house while listening to the roar of the Argenta Falls waterfall off the back of the property.
The quaint town of Lake City is only four miles away, while beautiful Lake San Cristobal is within walking distance of only 1/2 miles. Public fishing is plentiful around Lake City if you want to fish for trout in the streams or lake.
The cabin has 2 bedrooms and one bath with an open floor plan upstairs, plus a mother-in-law efficiency apartment downstairs. Each level is complete with a bath, full kitchen and washer/dryer.

What a beautiful area! Staying here at Argenta Falls has been a most restful, peaceful and rejuvenating experience. The falls are beautiful and the sound of rushing water is refreshing. Watching the wild life run around was fun too! Hummingbirds were a joy to watch. This cabin and town are a little piece of heaven on earth! Thanks for sharing it with us!

The cabin was wonderful. We enjoyed being close to the falls and watching the hummingbirds feed. Lake City, as usual, was enoyable, as was the jeep trails and hikes. We are looking forward to next summer for our return.
