The Seascape complex offers two on site pools, a playground and and outdoor patios overlooking a lovely forested area and lagoon. Only a 5-minute stroll to the beach - approximately one block. Nearby is the famous Van Der Meer tennis facility. Seascape, located in South Forest Beach, is just a few blocks from Coligny Plaza, which offers numerous shops, restaurants and nightlife activities. Seascape offers a great value, comfort and convenience.
The first floor of the villa has updated furnishings. It has a plaid cotton comfy couch that folds out into a sleeper sofa and has a matching love seat. A entertainment center with TV, VCR and DVD matches the coffee table, dining table that seats six, desk and drawers filled with board games. VHS tapes and DVDs are in the drawers for viewing. Sliding glass doors open up to our newly expanded deck with new patio furniture, umbrella and a new gas grill with lovely views of Spanish moss draped trees, Palmetto palm trees and a small lagoon. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all modern day appliances and there is a stacked washer/dryer set off to the side.
The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master has a king bed with images of different shells on the bedspread. The room has a wall of windows that looks out onto the forested backyard with palm trees; Spanish moss draped trees and a small lagoon. The light green pastel headboard has a matching long dresser. There is a TV in the room and the master bathroom has a combination shower/tub.
The second bedroom has two twin beds with fun boat decorated quilts. The headboards have carved images of shells and match the long dresser with mirror as well as the nightstand. There is a TV is the second bedroom. The bedroom light is a glass container filled with different types of beautiful beach shells. A bathroom with a stand-up shower is located in the hallway directly across the room.
If you love the beach, this is the villa for you. Conveniently located near Coligny Plaza with many shops and restaurants, close to Van Der Meer Tennis center and boasting artwork, images and furniture with an ocean based theme and the beach just a stroll away, you are sure to enjoy your time on beautiful Hilton Head Island.

Why the Owner Chose Seascape Villas
Hilton Head Island is the best beach for a family vacation. The beaches are wide, with plenty of room. The island has bike paths everywhere, so you can park your car when you get here and bike or walk anywhere you want for the whole week, without needing to get back in your car. The playground at Sea Pines is wonderful for the kids. Every time we visit the island, we find something new and fun.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Our villa is located a short bike ride from Coligny Plaza, the 'downtown' of Hilton Head. Coligny has several restaurants and many shops, as well as a grocery store.
It's a short 3-minute walk to the beach from our condo, and there's a beachside cabana for Seascape guests to use while you're at the beach. The Seascape complex is a very quiet complex, ideal for families. Most units are 2 bedroom, townhome style villas, so there's no need to worry about people above or below you making noise. Our new deck has been completed, and has a new gas grill and patio furniture. It's a great place to relax with drinks and dinner, after a day at the beach.

We're a family of 4 from North Carolina. We took our first trip to Hilton Head when our first son was a baby, and have been coming back every summer for 7 years now. We finally decided to purchase our own place so we could make more frequent trips and enjoy a 'home away from home'.

Beautifully furnished. The unit was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had great counter seating for the kids. Easy walk to the beach.
