If you’re really lucky and you would happen to be here for a Shuttle launch, walk down to the beach and you will experience the thrill of a lifetime.

Three minutes south, Cocoa Beach offers guests a wide range of exciting shops and restaurants and to the north, you are five minute away from the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon’s Surf Shop. Ten minutes farther north you arrive in Cape Canaveral where you can enjoy Full or Half Day Deep Sea Fishing Charters, Night Time Shark Fishing, and two Casino cruise lines leaving twice daily. You also have the opportunity to feast on some of the best seafood Florida has to offer at one of the port restaurants. Port Canaveral is also home to Disney, Royal Caribbean, and Carnival Cruise Lines.
If you’re looking to take in a movie or just some shopping, you’re just fifteen minutes from Merritt Island and the Merritt Square Mall. Drive twenty minutes north and experience the thrill of a tour at The Kennedy Space Flight Center and The Astronaut Hall of Fame. We just returned from our stay in Cocoa Beach. What a fantastic property! We slept each night to the sound of the beach. Our kids, 9, 11 and 13 had a terrific time playing on the beach, swimming in the ocean, finding shells and swimming at the pool. The unit is quite roomy with a great kitchen and living area. Everything was nice and clean and well maintained. The owners were super great at communicating with us. We enjoyed a trip to the Kennedy Space Station, a fun airboat ride at Midway Airboat Rides. For fresh fish we LOVED Seafood Atlantic Inc. on 520 Glen Cheek Drive. But most of all we loved the beach. It was clean and not crowded. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. (It was a bummer to come back to a snow storm in Colorado!!!)Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The condo is terrific, it is roomy, has great views, is well appointed and very comfortable. The beach is absolutly terrific, clean and uncrowded. Our 14 and 17 year old kids and their friends were never bored, they loved their stay. The only thing better than the condo and beach are the owners...they truly care and it shows. This place is our top spot for vacationing from now on.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
