Our beautiful units are located at The Summit Condominiums on Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach, Florida. This full scale resort complex sits on the beach and each unit enjoys a luxurious view of the Gulf of Mexico with its beautiful snow-white sands and deep turquoise-blue water.
Our condo units are on the 3rd and 5th floors. Take the elevators or enjoy the easy walk up from the ground level. Each unit sleeps 6 and includes 1+ bedroom, 1+1/2 baths, with a master bedroom, a set of bunk beds off the hallway, and a queen size sleep sofa in the living room. Twenty-four-hour, security, guard gate for your protection.
These units have all the upgrades. Nice and clean! Recently remodeled! Prices for rent are of great value and one of the most affordable on Panama City Beach and at the Summit!
Each unit features a completely equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. The dining area includes table and chairs and a breakfast bar and stools. These units include a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.
The living area includes sofa, love-seat, end tables, lamps, and cable TV. Nice master bedroom (either king or two full beds available) with TV and master bath. The living and dining area lead out onto the balcony which over-looks the two-large swimming pools, two kiddie pools, and the crystal blue waters of the beach.

We arrived at the Summit to find that our room was not cleaned, was very disappointed. Luckily we had to leave for a few hours to go to the dining yacht aboard the Lady Anderson and when we arrived back the room was cleaned. All in all the trip was very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the wedding and the reception for my nephew.
Owner response:Our Reservation Letter to our Renters clearly states: Check-Out Time: 10:00 A.M. Central Standard Time Check-In Time: 3:00 P.M. Central Standard Time This timing is necessary to allow our housekeeper sufficient time to clean the Condo after one guest leaves and another guest arrives. We take great pride in our condos, and do not want our guests to come into a unit that has not been thoroughly cleaned. When a Guest arrives prior to the 3:00 P.M. check-in time, there would not have been sufficient time for the housekeeper to have the room ready. Please Note: This guest clearly states that when he returned the room was cleaned!!!!!!!
