I pride myself in a clean villa. If you are looking for very clean accommodations, then you have just found the PERFECT villa to rent at Hilton Head Island! I will help you plan a wonderful and relaxing beach vacation...starting with your 1st question...."Where should I stay??"
In addition to a 37" HIGH DEFINITION LCD TV with a DVD AND DVR, I also have a 20" LCD flat panel television mounted in BOTH the master bedroom and the guest bedroom.
This first floor, two full bedroom, two full bathroom villa has been completely renovated. Not a detail has been overlooked! We have a new kitchen, 2 new baths, new tile flooring, crown moldings, new carpet in the bedrooms, all new flat panel TV's, new paint, 6 panel doors and brand new bedroom linens and mattresses! I just purchased a new KING bed and new linens for this villa!
The villa is a short 300 yard walk (2 minutes or so) to the pristine Folly Field Beach on Hilton Head Island. There is a sidewalk leading to the beach, which features public restrooms and public metered parking ($1.00 per hour). There is not a busy road to cross to get to the beach. This is a very family friendly area.
A maximum of six can sleep in the villa which features a master bedroom with a KING-size bed, brand new LCD flat panel cable TV/DVD and an adjoining full bath. The second bedroom provides twin beds, brand new LCD flat panel cable TV and a full bath in the adjoining hall. All bed linens and towels are provided. There is also a queen sleeper sofa.
This villa is equipped with SECURED wireless internet (just bring your laptop!).
The kitchen is fully equipped and the villa also has an in suite washer and dryer. In the morning, you can enjoy your coffee on the cozy covered, private balcony. We also have a box of little extras in the unit that includes beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards. We also have a beach caddy in the villa for your use during your stay.
Located off of quiet Folly Field Road, Fiddler's Cove Beach and Racquet Club is a 23-acre gated, security patrolled resort. Amenities include two large pools, a hot tub, many play areas for the children, outdoor grilling areas, bike racks, ten clay Har-Tru tennis courts and two indoor racquetball courts.
All weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. We will also entertain long term rentals. Half of the balance for weekly rentals is due upon booking, the other half is due thirty days prior to your arrival. I will mail you out a confirmation letter which confirms all rental information.
I also have GOLF DEALS for Island West Golf Club! For $45.00, you can purchase a golf voucher that includes 18 holes of golf plus a cart (a $70.00 value!!!).
My husband and I also own other renovated villas at Fiddler's Cove. If you would rather be on the 2nd or top floor on the building, please let me know and I can check the availability on those units for you. Two of my villas are located at the small pool!! I give a summer-only discount for the 3rd floor villas because of the stairs (there are not any elevators). Rental prices on other villas vary due to floor level - please inquire or see my personal website with regards to the pricing for other villas. My rental calendar reflects all villas. For guests who have small children, I have a pack-n-play (just bring your sheets) and a booster chair right in all of my villas for your personal use. There is no need to travel with those bulky items!

Why the Owner Chose Fiddler's Cove
We vacationed at Fiddler's Cove back in the 1990's and decided to purchase a villa there. It is such a great place because it has 2 pools, a hot tub, 10 clay tennis courts and is so close to the ocean (it's about a 3 minute walk). It's simply paradise!
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Fiddler's Cove is in a central location on Hilton Head Island. There is a 24 hour guarded security gate, so it is it's own little private community. Bike and walking trails are located right outside of the property and hotels and restaurants are within walking distance.
It is a short 3 minute walk to the beach. There are public restrooms and showers also conveniently located on the boardwalk.

My husband and I love going to the beach. It has always been one of our top vacation destinations! Our children have a wonderful time playing on the beach and in the ocean. We love to relax by the pool or beach and take in a game of tennis too! Hilton Head Island is such a beautiful place to vacation! I pride myself in a clean villa. My family has allergies, so it is of upmost importance to me to have the best cleaners for my villas. In addition to superior weekly cleanings, I also have the bedroom carpets cleaned and do thorough cleanings on the villa several times a year. There is not a detail that goes untouched! You will be very happy with the villa and your choice for a vacation spot.

Third year renting from Lynn & Mark once again, we had a wonderful time in Hilton Head Lynn & Mark's condo was decorated very nicely ) We had stayed in their 3rd floor condo too and it is very nice. ) and we love going to the pools and hot tub at Fiddler's Cove. Lynn & Mark are very professio al in how they rent their condo and we appreciate their attention to all of the little details. We will return next year.

This is the one! We indulged ourselves at one of Lynn Mountains rentals in Fiddlers Cove for a week. After 20 + hours researching rentals in the HHI area, I finally found one of Lynn's unit. What a tremendous value, prime location and exemplary customer service we experienced. The condo was VERY clean, well organized & had everything one could need...most impotantly (to us) the beds were the most comfortable that we have experienced away from home. (We are accustomed to the high end foam latex for back issues at home) we slept very comfortably on the bed Lynn chose for her renters. I can't emphasize the comfort of the bed enough. The beach was very easy to access as promised. Lynn responded to my every email with a positive and helpful attitude and was extremely accomodating. I WILL say that I'd only rent from Lynn knowing her good taste. We caught a glimpse in some other outdated units and felt very lucky that we were in her rental. The clay tennis courts were a lot of fun. We are very much looking forward to our next venture into paradise...thanks for everything.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time at HH in Fiddler's Cove. The villa was VERY nicely furnished with new couches, bed linens, kitchen accesories, and more. The kitchen is rather large for a villa and allowed us to cook in many nights. This place has beach chairs, toys, and a cart for lugging all your stuff to the beach, which is about 2 blocks away. The tennis courts are really nice and the access to all the bike trails was great. I would highly recommend staying in this villa.

My family and I stayed in the villa in middle May, 2011. We enjoyed everything the villa offered. Close proximity to the beach (it's about 3-5 minutes of easy stroll); countess amenities such as all kitchen utensils, a beach stroller, beach chairs, inflatable water float etc, too many to list them all; clean and spacious rooms; 3 flat screen TVs for the few hours it rained, DVD players in every room, boombox etc; proximity to shopping centers and many many more items I have no time to list here. My family and I have stayed in this villa several times. We couldn't even think of staying anywhere else on Hilton Head. We always have a wonderful stay because the owner has thought of everything one would need to travel with children (ex. outlet covers, child sized utensils, pack-n-play, safety rail for the bed, booster seat, plastic cups, beach toys, kid's DVD's, etc.). The villa is very clean and spacious enough for everyone to relax. The cable system has channels for everyone and since there are 3 tv's with DVD players, everyone can actually watch their shows. The wireless Internet access allows everyone to bring their laptop & stay connected. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with all the amenities one could need (a George Foreman grill!!!, blender, baking pans, mixing bowls, LOTS of utensils, a great assortment of pots and pans including a huge pot to cook seafood!). The kitchen has recently been upgraded with all new stainless steel appliances! The washer and dryer mean we don't have to bring too many things because we can do laundry quickly in our unit. The new king sized bed in the master is HEAVENLY -- so comfy and the linens are awesome. I usually don't sleep well away from home BUT not here!! I am sleeping like a baby! The beach is a short and pretty walk through a quiet residential neighborhood, which is great because lots of folks have to drive and then pay to park -- NOT so if you stay here. The beach is clean and the beach access has showers and restrooms (perfect when traveling with kids). The unit comes with a rolling beach caddy to easily take all your stuff down to the ocean. The 2 pools in the complex are clean and again, have access to restrooms and showers. If you are a tennis player, this place is awesome! There are many tennis courts, and they are in great condition. There are also many play areas with swings, slides, etc. for the kids to play outside. This is a wonderful gated community that is peaceful and quiet. The landscaping is lovely, and it is a good indication of the attention to detail that goes into maintaining this property. The property is in a great location for grocery stores, the mall, restaurants, and other vacation activities. The owner is super nice, and she keeps her property in top notch condition. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT AND THIS OWNER for those looking for a wonderfully relaxing vacation. You can't go wrong staying here!

This is the 2nd time my family and I have rented a villa from Lynn at Fiddler's Cove. We had a GREAT experience in 2009 and decided it was too great to pass up again for 2010. Plus HHI is a great vacation spot! The most important thing is that the villa is great and extremely comfortable! I said it last year and I'll say it again, Lynn really pays attention to detail and makes sure you have all the little things that enhance the vacation experience. Plus communication with her before and after are great. I never had to wonder what was going on or if she got anything I sent to her. In fact, I just received an email from her asking how our vacation went and if we arrived home safely. Within 5 minutes of my response to her, she had sent me back an email saying she was glad it all went well. This is typical of Lynn and shows how conscientious she is. This attitude is reflected in how well maintained her villas are! If you're considering a vacation to HHI, look no further for a place to stay!! You won't regret it!

This was in my guest comment book which is located in the villa: " Lynn that owns this unit was very nice when we made out reservation. She is very professional and had great tips on HHI on her website. We brought our 4-1/2 year old son and he loved the pools and the beach, which we walked to everyday. It helped that Lynn had a beach caddy on the balcony because kids love to bring a lot of things to the beach! The condo was close to lots of things to do! We will come back again someday and this unit was very comfortable and my son loved having his own TV in his bedroom. The condo was nicely decorated and furnished with everything you would ever need on vacation and there was nice space with room for everyone.

We grocery shopped at WalMart & Piggly Wiggley. Both of which are very close to the villa! We brought our 11 year old daughter and her friend and they walked to the pool and the rec room was also very convenient. We spent a lot of time at the Folly Field Beach and it was AWESOME!!! In the condo, there are beach chairs, toys and all kinds of things to take with you to the beach!! Be sure to check the cupboards and the drawers before you grocery shop as there were items that we didn't need to purchase as the condo was already stocked! Thanks Lynn....we'll be back again!
