This is the one! We indulged ourselves at one of Lynn Mountains rentals in Fiddlers Cove for a week. After 20 + hours researching rentals in the HHI area, I finally found one of Lynn's unit. What a tremendous value, prime location and exemplary customer service we experienced. The condo was VERY clean, well organized & had everything one could need...most impotantly (to us) the beds were the most comfortable that we have experienced away from home. (We are accustomed to the high end foam latex for back issues at home) we slept very comfortably on the bed Lynn chose for her renters. I can't emphasize the comfort of the bed enough. The beach was very easy to access as promised. Lynn responded to my every email with a positive and helpful attitude and was extremely accomodating. I WILL say that I'd only rent from Lynn knowing her good taste. We caught a glimpse in some other outdated units and felt very lucky that we were in her rental. The clay tennis courts were a lot of fun. We are very much looking forward to our next venture into paradise...thanks for everything.

Very Nice Villa

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time at HH in Fiddler's Cove. The villa was VERY nicely furnished with new couches, bed linens, kitchen accesories, and more. The kitchen is rather large for a villa and allowed us to cook in many nights. This place has beach chairs, toys, and a cart for lugging all your stuff to the beach, which is about 2 blocks away. The tennis courts are really nice and the access to all the bike trails was great. I would highly recommend staying in this villa.

Great place to spend a relaxing family vacation!

My family and I have stayed in this villa several times. We couldn't even think of staying anywhere else on Hilton Head. We always have a wonderful stay because the owner has thought of everything one would need to travel with children (ex. outlet covers, child sized utensils, pack-n-play, safety rail for the bed, booster seat, plastic cups, beach toys, kid's DVD's, etc.). The villa is very clean and spacious enough for everyone to relax. The cable system has channels for everyone and since there are 3 tv's with DVD players, everyone can actually watch their shows. The wireless Internet access allows everyone to bring their laptop & stay connected. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with all the amenities one could need (a George Foreman grill!!!, blender, baking pans, mixing bowls, LOTS of utensils, a great assortment of pots and pans including a huge pot to cook seafood!). The kitchen has recently been upgraded with all new stainless steel appliances! The washer and dryer mean we don't have to bring too many things because we can do laundry quickly in our unit. The new king sized bed in the master is HEAVENLY -- so comfy and the linens are awesome. I usually don't sleep well away from home BUT not here!! I am sleeping like a baby! The beach is a short and pretty walk through a quiet residential neighborhood, which is great because lots of folks have to drive and then pay to park -- NOT so if you stay here. The beach is clean and the beach access has showers and restrooms (perfect when traveling with kids). The unit comes with a rolling beach caddy to easily take all your stuff down to the ocean. The 2 pools in the complex are clean and again, have access to restrooms and showers. If you are a tennis player, this place is awesome! There are many tennis courts, and they are in great condition. There are also many play areas with swings, slides, etc. for the kids to play outside. This is a wonderful gated community that is peaceful and quiet. The landscaping is lovely, and it is a good indication of the attention to detail that goes into maintaining this property. The property is in a great location for grocery stores, the mall, restaurants, and other vacation activities. The owner is super nice, and she keeps her property in top notch condition. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT AND THIS OWNER for those looking for a wonderfully relaxing vacation. You can't go wrong staying here!

Great Vacation

My family and I stayed in the villa in middle May, 2011. We enjoyed everything the villa offered. Close proximity to the beach (it's about 3-5 minutes of easy stroll); countess amenities such as all kitchen utensils, a beach stroller, beach chairs, inflatable water float etc, too many to list them all; clean and spacious rooms; 3 flat screen TVs for the few hours it rained, DVD players in every room, boombox etc; proximity to shopping centers and many many more items I have no time to list here. The owner, Lynn, was very accommodating to our needs. She was readily available to any questions we had. I am recommending this villa to all my friends and family. Thanks, Lynn. From the Qoshjas

This is the 2nd time my family and I have rented a villa from Lynn at Fiddler's Cove. We had a GREAT experience in 2009 and decided it was too great to pass up again for 2010. Plus HHI is a great vacation spot! The most important thing is that the villa is great and extremely comfortable! I said it last year and I'll say it again, Lynn really pays attention to detail and makes sure you have all the little things that enhance the vacation experience. Plus communication with her before and after are great. I never had to wonder what was going on or if she got anything I sent to her. In fact, I just received an email from her asking how our vacation went and if we arrived home safely. Within 5 minutes of my response to her, she had sent me back an email saying she was glad it all went well. This is typical of Lynn and shows how conscientious she is. This attitude is reflected in how well maintained her villas are! If you're considering a vacation to HHI, look no further for a place to stay!! You won't regret it!

This was in my guest comment book which is located in the villa: " Lynn that owns this unit was very nice when we made out reservation. She is very professional and had great tips on HHI on her website. We brought our 4-1/2 year old son and he loved the pools and the beach, which we walked to everyday. It helped that Lynn had a beach caddy on the balcony because kids love to bring a lot of things to the beach! The condo was close to lots of things to do! We will come back again someday and this unit was very comfortable and my son loved having his own TV in his bedroom. The condo was nicely decorated and furnished with everything you would ever need on vacation and there was nice space with room for everyone.

This was in the guest comment book located in the villa: "We were very pleased with this villa. It is very clean with all of the extras we could of ever needed. We grocery shopped at WalMart & Piggly Wiggley. Both of which are very close to the villa! We brought our 11 year old daughter and her friend and they walked to the pool and the rec room was also very convenient. We spent a lot of time at the Folly Field Beach and it was AWESOME!!! In the condo, there are beach chairs, toys and all kinds of things to take with you to the beach!! Be sure to check the cupboards and the drawers before you grocery shop as there were items that we didn't need to purchase as the condo was already stocked! Thanks Lynn....we'll be back again!

We stayed in 2L June 20-27, 2009 and couldn't have had a better time! The pictures don't do the villa justice. It was gorgeous and obviously had been remodeled recently. It was very "home-like" with the little things you want on vacation but forget to pack! The beach toys and pack & play were perfect for our little 3 year old. Dealing with Lynn was wonderful. She's very friendly and stays in touch to make sure you have everything you'll need to make your vacation great. We look forward to renting this villa again next year!

My family and I stayed in villa 2L and really enjoyed our stay!! "DETAILS" is the one word I'd use to describe the process of renting from Lynn. I'm the type of person that is really particular about details. Throughout the whole process Lynn was always paying attention to the details. From the time I inquired about the villa until her post-stay email, there wasn't a time when either Lynn was proactive with some communication to me or answered my emails promptly. I think virtually every email I sent to her with a question was answered within an hour or so. I was very impressed with her professionalism!! She was genuinely concerned that things be just right and that we enjoyed our vacation. She even has sought input from me of what she could do to improve the villa for future renters - I can think of NOTHING!!! Everything in the villa was top-notch and had a lot of the little things that make staying there very convenient. We like to play tennis and the clay courts were excellent. I have Lynn's info saved for the future as we'd love to go back! I plan on recommending any of her villas to friends/family interested in vacationing on HHI. Thanks so much Lynn!!

This was our first time to travel and stay somewhere other than a hotel, but with our growing family it was necessary. Everything regarding the condo was almost perfect. Everything was as described and was clean and very nice. Lynn made the process extremely easy and was prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend renting this property. There were a couple of things (grumpy security guard when we checked in) that couldn't be helped, but the condo itself was great. The beach was a short walk and the pools were great. Overall, I would do it again!

Would really like to keep 17D a secret! Lynn makes the rental process so pleasant and your expectations will be met and some. Of course I am planning to return to this lovely unit. And for a tennis lover, it can't be beat. Courts always available and without a charge beyond one hour like some resorts on HH.

My husband and I stayed in the 2L villa the week of June 7-13, and we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and very nicely decorated. It was also exceptionally clean and came fully equipped. Lynn was also very easy to work with and had great communication both before and after our trip. I highly recommend this rental!

My family and I enjoyed the third floor villa. It was very clean and had all the amenities of home. The beach walk was short and the beach access was wonderful. I stayed in Villa 2L in May 2008 and it was comfortable, very clean, and provided all of the amenities of home. It has been recently renovated and is much nicer than other villas I've seen. I especially enjoyed the close walk to the nicely kept beach, the free wireless internet access in the villa, and a TV in each room. I would stay here again the next time I am in HH and would recommend the villa to my family and friends.

We have enjoyed staying in 17 D in previous years but this year we just loved staying in the beautifully remodeled villa. It was so lovely and was so comfortable and cozy. Really enjoyed our stay in HH and at Lynn's condo. Very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen is very well equipped. Went to HHI just for the weekend and we certainly got more than we expected! Adorable condo with very comfortale accomodations. We were definitely able to relax and enjoy ourselves...great restaurants nearby and a beautiful beach within a (very) short walking distance. If you need to find a nice place to stay on HHI without paying outrageous prices for a hotel (when all you're really paying for is the name) then I recommend this condo 100%. Enjoy your trip!!! (and don't forget to check the guest comment book for some great suggestions on where to go).

This is our 3rd year renting from Lynn and Mark. Once again, we had a wonderful time in Hilton Head! Lynn & Mark's condo was decorated very nicely (we have stayed at their 3rd floor villa too and it is also very nice!) and we loved to go to the pools and hot tub at Fiddler's Cove.
