We have stayed in this villa on many occasions with both the previous owners and the current ones and have enjoyed a pleasant stay every time, on the very odd ocassion we have had a minor problem with the pool or villa it has been taken care of the same day. The villa is very well located with many top quality golf courses nearby and within 15-20 minutes of all the major attractions and only 5 minutes from disneys animal kingdom, there are also plenty of restaurants and shops 2 minutes drive away. We would have no hesitation in recomending this villa and is idealy suited to two couples or families as it has 2 very large ensuite bedrooms.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

House needs updating and the recreation room smells. Most of all be careful renting from these people. We paid for heat in the pool and it wasn't working. It is 7 months later and we still haven't received a refund. The first check we received bounced. The house is near the theme parks but because I don't trust these people I would not recommend this house to anyone.
Owner response:Management: The house has plenty of updated features, which you can see from the pictures on both of VRBO websites. Air fresheners are placed throughout the recreation room, which is why the bin / garbage needs to be placed outside the night before collection. The pool heating all depends on the weather outside, during December 2009, the weather was extremely cold and the worst in 30 years. The management company, checked the pool heat was at the correct temperature according to the outside temperature twice during their stay. The check was mailed back to the above guest who then took months to bank the check, every month bills are paid out of the business account as well as money being paid in. When checks are mailed back to guest they should be banked straight away. This guest also spoke to us on the phone as well as sending us numerous amount of emails stating how lovely the villa is and they would definitely recommend the villa and visit again. Unfortunately this guest was unsatisfied with the pool heating, and felt the need to discriminate the villa. This situation has been resolved, and no further comments have been made. Management response.

The home me and my family stayed in was wonderful it was so great to be able to relax in a home and not a cramped hotel room. No one had to wait on bathrooms or move out of anyones way. All the kids loved the game room and the pool. Me and my family will be back when we go back to Florida. Thank you for making our vacation get away feel like home.
