Our guests love our place because it feels like home! Look out the wrap-around windows to the mountain views and then walk downstairs in your slippers for a fresh bagel and latte! Or stroll to Main Street's fine eateries, watering holes, and shops.
Our well cared-for condo has fine linens, down comforters and a full kitchen! With almost 900 square feet, you will have room to stretch out. Plus, you will be close to the express bus stop to Breckenridge & Copper Mountain. Includes ASSIGNED, off-street parking, a piano keyboard, and tub/shower. The Fourth and Main complex is cozy (4 units) with outside hot-tub and patio.
And now we have FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET in the condo (with WiFi and/or Cat 5 cable connectivity!)
Frisco is a great place for winter or summer sports. It is centrally located to many Colorado resorts: 8 miles to Copper Mountain, 11 miles to Breckenridge (express bus service available), 12 miles to Keystone, 17 miles to Arapahoe Basin and 25 miles (freeway) to Vail. There are two cross-country ski areas nearby.
For summer, you’ll like the proximity to the bike path (3 blocks), Lake Dillon, great hiking, and some of the best mountain biking around. Of course, there are great rivers for kayaking, fishing.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I fell in love with the 180 degree windows that look right onto Main Street and give you a great view of the mountains. One guest of mine said he felt like the "King of Frisco"!

Loved the place... 2 couples spend the weekend here and it was great...the location was amazing too, right in the middle of frisco! We will be coming back for sure!

Not sure if there's a better deal in Frisco than this condo. Location: Couldn't be better. Frisco's main street is probably 7 to 8 blocks long in which you'll find all your restaurants. This is right smack dab in the middle. Took advantage of walking to a couple of places each night. There were three of us, and we thought there was plenty of room. You could spread out a little bit in the living space. Full kitchen was a plus and made use of the utensils provided. Bedroom was plenty big for two people and all our stuff. Having a hot tub on the property was nice. It was definitely all to ourselves the entire three days we were there. The little extras like a box fan and a humidifier were things we took advantage of. We'd recommend it to friends and I'd consider staying here next season as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short vacation (August) in this nicely equipped condo in Frisco. The place was centrally located and was better than advertised. The owner (Kim) was easy to work with made for a stress free rental. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend.

We stayed here 4 nights in March 2011 and loved it! This condo is clean, nicely appointed, and very spacious for a one bedroom...even better than the pics. We loved its central location on Main St., within easy walking distance of the many shops and restaurants in the area, its proximity to the slopes is perfect, and the 180-degree view from the living room windows can't be beat! Having a dedicated, off-street parking space was nice. The owner was extremely helpful in answering our initial questions and provided lots of helpful information and directions to make our stay smooth and trouble-free. Loved the fully-stocked kitchen and available WiFi! We would stay here again without a second thought!
