We went for a long weekend for a wedding. The house was very accomodating and very comfortable. We had a great time just relaxing and visiting with the friends that were with us. The beach steps away and the house had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

We just concluded our one week stay in this amazing home. The experience was a delight. The house is fantastic, beautifully decorated, comfortable and the amenties are top-notch. Everything was provided and the owners made check in and check out easy. This was a special family get together as well as a celebration of our wedding anniversary. We could not have wished for a better experience. Our family enjoyed a relaxing, peaceful week in outstanding surroundings. Thanks Larry and Kaye!

We spent the last week in this house, and it was incredible! The house is breath-taking! The pictures really do not do it justice. We had another family vacationing with us, and we had 4 children ages 5-2 years between the two families. This house was perfect for us! The kids were able to spread out, and so were the adults! The cabinets are well-stocked with dishes & utensils, and I even saw a crock pot! We spent several evenings grilling out on the balcony, listening to the ocean. We even took some naps out there! The house is very well furnished; I felt like the owners went all out. We loved that the beach was just a walk down the boardwalk. It was so convenient - especially with the little ones in tow. The location was great, also - our beach was not crowded at all, the entire time we were there. The restaraunts are close by, and Ft. Pickens is just a short drive down the road. The locals we met were all friendly, and the beaches were beautiful! Larry was a pleasure to deal with. He was very accommodating, attentive, and polite! We are already looking forward to our vacation next year, and would absolutely do business with Larry & Kaye again! We loved every minute of it!

This House was truly amazing,the decorations through out were so beautiful.It had everthing you needed to feel like you were right at home.With stunning views from the roof top with plenty of sun are stars at night you are sure to enjoy either.I highly recommend this house to anyone who want's a vaccation to remember.The owners were very friendly and helped us with all our need's.We liked it so much we have already booked it again for later this summer.I give this a five star rating.

The owners were excellent to work with and checked in periodically to make sure everything was going well. Just a precious couple! The house was beautiful and very clean. There are beautiful views of the beach from each balcony. We were only seconds from the beach, where we had plenty of private space. This is definitely a home away from home!!This will be the only place I stay when in Pensecola. Thank you so much Larry and Kay!!! Jenn

We stayed at this lovely home with our extended family last week and had a wonderful time! The house was so lovely, even more so than you can see in the pictures. The view off the balconies was great as well. It was so nice that the 7 of us had room to spread out and enjoy ourselves without feeling like we were right on top of each other the whole week. The beaches were clean and clear until Tuesday night when the tar/oil washed up. Even though we couldn't enjoy the beach outside our backdoor, we were able to load up the truck and drive 10 min east to a clean beach. It was a little frustrating but the beach was the main reason we made the trip so it was worth it. By the time we left on Saturday, the beach was clear and re-opened. During our stay, we had some problems with the internet connection but the homeowner was very helpful, resolving the problem very quickly. Overall, we loved the home and would consider staying there again next year.

We definitely made the right choice staying in this house! It is a beautifully decorated, clean home right by the ocean. The owners thought of everything to make a stay there feel like a true vacation! Whether it was BBQing while watching the waves, viewing the stars from the rooftop, or renting bikes and cruising around to the shops and restaraunts, every moment was wonderful! And Larry (the owner) couldn't have been nicer or easier to work with.

Owner response:I TRY TO MAKE EVERYONE AS COMFORTABLE AS POSSIBLE AND ENJOY THEIR VISIT TO THE ISLAND. WE DID HAVE A A/C PROBLEM DURING THEIR VISIT, I WAS ABLE TO HAVE IT CORRECTED THAT VERY DAY. I DO REGULAR MAINTENACE ON THE PROPERTY, IT IS ONLY 6 YEARS OLD, BUT SOMETIMES THINGS HAPPEN. THIS IS A CUSTOM BUILT HOME WITH WATER VIEWS FROM ALL MAIN ROOMS AND DECKS . THIS IS A FAMILY SETTING, THE BEACH HERE IS NOT CROWDED LIKE THE PUBLIC AREAS.

House was stunning and spacious. It rained all day Sunday but staying inside was nice........the house accomodated 7 of us very well, plus the location is extremely convenient to all restaraunts and activities on P'Cola Beach. The view from the tower is nice and the quick access to the beach was great.....esp because we had a 3 year old that didn't want to leave the sand. I am from the area originally and the beaches were as clean as ever, and air was clear as well. It was our best trip down in 5 years. Great House and Great Stay!!!

Larry and Kaye- Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! I truly can't imagine a place I would rather stay. The home is gorgeous and very clean. Although it is beautifully decorated it is also very comfortable and we felt very much at home. I loved cooking in the kitchen and grilling on the deck. Pensacola Beach is, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and the view of the sun setting from the top deck was breathtaking! Our only problem was that we didn't want to leave! We look forward to renting from you again in the future :) Also, Larry was wonderful to do business with. He's so accomodating and friendly! We had such a nice time and loved where we stayed. The house is exactly how it is described...even better! It was luxurious & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The walk to the beach is so easy. You can see the beach to your right from the decks. The house is in a great central location. We will definately stay here again!

When my husband and I were looking for a place to stay, our main concern was super close beach access. With kids aged 2, 4, and 6, we didn't want to have to lug all the necessary (and some unnecessary) beach stuff very far. We wanted to be able to walk out the door and be at the beach. That is exactly what we got with this house. Not only was it amazingly convenient, the house was beautiful and very kid-friendly. I would highly recommend this house to anyone!

We had the best holiday ever! The property was incrediable, better then we ever imagined. What a beautiful , clean and well maintained place! I am an interior designer and I was VERY impressed with the interior and exterior of the house. Perfect location, it was like having our own private beach. The owner thought of everything. We brought our food and clothes, all else was taken care of for us. I will come back in the future and am telling all our friends and family too. The owner was delightful to work with, GREAT customer service. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

I was pleasantly surprised with this house upon our arrival and would not hesitate to stay at this residence again. The house is very nice, well kept, very clean, and nicer than described by the owners. It has easy access to the beach with a very short walk. The beach in this area was clean, un-crowded, and absolutely beautiful. You are also very close to several restaurants if you choose not to cook at home. Possibly the best aspect of this home was dealing with the owner, Larry. He went out of his way to accommodate us and make sure everything was perfect during our stay. He was also very friendly, honest, and a true southern gentlemen.

Owner response:This home is a custom built home 3000sq.ft. four car garage wood floors through out two whirlpools king bed in master queen beds in the other two bedrooms separate large shower with massage and a personal shower in master bath tvs in all three bedrooms plenty of seating on decks from living room and on top deck from fourth floor tower for sunning if you do not want to go down to the beach you have a paved and boarded walk to beach 80% of way before you walk in the sand there is a hot and cold shower outside of house to rinse off when you come from beach before entering house this is a private development on the gulf side of the island with gulf views and bay views of the west end of the island this is a family getaway for relaxation and enjoy the water we are one mile from core area of beach for entertainment and dining and you are 10 to 15 miles from mainland Pensacola for shopping and various entertainment for sports and nightlife and also the home of THE BLUE ANGELS stationed at PENSACOLA NAVAL BASE the PENSACOLA AIRPORT is 12 miles away roughly please come and enjoy the beaches
