This post and beam construction, modern chalet, nicknamed "The Eagle" is located on 17 acres of private forested land for you to explore and enjoy. It borders on thousands of acres of wilderness. Watch for birds and other wildlife as you breathe in the fresh air and serenity of the area.
This chalet features high vaulted ceilings and is the ultimate getaway escape to the Okanagan paradise of Mabel Lake. It offers peace and solitude but is still near to many amenities.
It has sliding glass doors to covered decks, huge open gourmet kitchen, 2000 square feet of living area, an outdoor fire pit area, laundry area. Golf, beach, boat launch, dining, are all within a five minute drive.
Ski lifts and groomed downhill skiing are 90 minutes away. Ungroomed cross-country skiing with innumerable trails is available from the chalet door. Groomed cross-country ski trails are 45 minutes away. The Okanagon wineries are an hour's drive away.
The area offers many back country trails suitable for 4x4s, ATVs and snowmobiles--all right outside your door.
This chalet has fantastic views of both Mabel and Lusk Lake, mountains and the river valley.

- Bunk Bed: In the loft, there is a bunk bed with a double size on the bottom and a single on top. An additional foam mattress is available to use on the floor with a sleeping bag (guests must bring their own sleeping bag) if additional sleeping area is required.

Would take 3-5 day rentals in off season & during Jul. and Aug. if unit is open.
50% required to complete booking (balance due on arrival).
Refundable security/damage deposit of $300 required on arrival.
Cancellations of 60 or more days, deposits (less $100) refunded.
Cancellations of less than 60 days, no refund on deposit.
Owner accepts deposits by personal cheque or money order.
Balance of rent & damage dep. On arrival--money ord., traveller's cheques or cash.
