This house is an old-fashioned, wood frame, three-story building with a large, modernized, sunny kitchen leading to a backyard deck. There are two additional rooms on the first floor with many couches and chairs. Upstairs are three bedrooms on the second floor, two with double-size beds and one with a single. There is a bathroom on each floor. On the third floor is an attic space with a double-size mattress.
The setting is a quiet residential street a short walk from Camden Harbor and town. Nearby parks, hiking trails, ocean ferries, schooners, and numerous lakes makes this location an ideal spot for a glorious Maine vacation.
The owner lives in the house when not renting in the summer season (June to September) and it is fully furnished.
Winter holiday rentals of single private bedrooms are available at the amazing low price of $100/week. If you get along with your family more easily when you have your own space, consider this rental! Two bedrooms available.
