This house is an old-fashioned, wood frame, three-story building with a large, modernized, sunny kitchen leading to a backyard deck. There are two additional rooms on the first floor with many couches and chairs. Upstairs are three bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, one bedroom has a double-size bed and the third can have a double-size beds and/or a single. There is a bathroom on each floor. On the third floor is an attic space with a double-size mattress.
The setting is a quiet residential street a short walk from Camden Harbor and town. Nearby parks, hiking trails, ocean ferries, schooners, and numerous lakes makes this location an ideal spot for a glorious Maine vacation.
The owner lives in the house when not renting and it is fully furnished.
