"Our Little Slice of Paradise" is sure to be your home away from home while vacationing on the beautiful island of Maui in South Kihei. We are located just across the street from the beautiful beach of Kamaole II - perfectly lending itself to swimming, snorkeling, walks on the beach or just basking in the sun.
Stroll around this low-rise resort situated on six acres of Polynesian gardens with an abundance of coconut palms, plumeria trees, and tropical flowers. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the many birds that live in this relaxing tropical setting. Within walking distance you will find a variety of shops and restaurants.
Immerse yourself into the feeling of the island as you step into our condo furnished in Hawaiian décor. Open the windows and experience the refreshing cross breeze this ‘end unit’ offers. Step out onto the private lanai where you can read the morning paper, a good book in the afternoon or enjoy your meals. Located in a secluded area of the resort, you are sure to appreciate the privacy and quiet you will experience. Feel free to enjoy a mango from the tree (when in season). Glance up beyond the tree for a view of Mount Haleakala.
Terms and Rates:
Minimum stay is three (3) nights.
Rates are in US Funds subject to 13.42% Hawaiian State Tax and subject to change without notice.
All rates are based on double occupancy. Extra guests over 14 years old are $10 per night. Maximum of four (4) guests: three (3) adults or two (2) adults and two (2) young children. For stays less than seven (7) nights a cleaning fee of $85 will be added.
Deposit of $300 will secure reservation ($400 for 28+ days). Payment in full due 60 days prior to arrival. Payments by credit cards, check or money order are accepted. All payments are non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of scheduled arrival. If cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival a refund will be issued less a $100 cancellation fee. If less than 60 days, refunds will be pro-rated based on dates resold by check-in date. The cancellation fee of $100 will still apply.

We loved our stay here at KKN 175. So private and quiet. So nice to have beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers and the larger extra items the condo provided. With the great beach across the street we didn't care that the condo didn't have an ocean view. Loved Kam ll beach, but Makena beach was our favorite. April was a beautiful time in Kihei - 84 and sunny everyday. Thanks for sharing your "little slice of paradise" with us. We hope to be able to come again next year. Comment from the owner. This place is indeed a paradise! We especially enjoyed the quietness, the breeze, the flowers and amenities. We had a most restorative and relaxing time. March would be our preferred time but anytime in Maui would be good. We especially enjoyed the Hawaiian CD's left by you for our listening pleasure. Thank you. Our second stay here and we adore this condo. The light in the morning is great and we laughed out loud when we heard good old 'Rusty Bed Springs' in the morning. We did at one point know the real name of this unforgettable bird but the nickname we picked up from the previous guestbook has stayed with us. We have hit the beach almost every day, and basked in the 75 - 80 degree warmth - so different from home in Vancouver. This is our second stay here and we love the place! We always feel at home here and this has to be the best location in the whole complex. We loved waking up every morning to the fresh air and singing birds. We look forward to returning in the next year or two for another relaxing break. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise! This is our third stay in this wonderful unit. We had a wonderful, relaxing, stay. This unit is just like home..but better - it's in Maui:-) We can't wait to plan our next trip back. Mahalo!

We loved our 2 weeks here in your "Little Slice of Paradise." What a great way to spend Christmas & escape the cold, snowy winter weather! We made great use of the blender mixed with the tropical fruits & having the laundry facilities on-site was much appreciated. We found that an alarm clock was not necessary for early morning rises - the birds were a great way to wake up. One in particular that sounds like rusty bed springs was the perfect alarm. We enjoyed many hikes on the island - would recommend the Waihee Ridge trail and the Wai moku Falls trail (avoid the seven pools & hike up to the falls instead - spectacular!) If you enjoy Vietnamese food we found a great little spot in Wailuku called "A Saigon Cafe." It's kind of hard to find because it doesn't have a sign, but is well worth the hunt - 1792 Main St. Thanks again for a wonderful 2 weeks! We'd love to come back again sometime.

We loved the unit. The wood floors, paint was pleasant, inviting, ventilation was terrific. Privacy & banana tree we loved. We want to come back HERE after many years of other condos. Location can't be beat. We picked up a cheapy rug for the bathroom - and some paper plate holders - hope the next guests appreciate? All kitchen perks very convenient - as well as the laundry. Great cinnamon rolls under Denny's Fae says "call us when you want to sell!"
