Our home has just been completely remodeled.
This 4000-square-foot, custom home is located in an all inclusive neighborhood called Walden. Enjoy the large tennis complex, the marina and yacht club. Boats can be rented at the Marina two blocks away. Our renters that have their own boats store them at the Marina for a nominal fee. the Marina is a 5 min walk from our house.
We prefer to rent to families with no more than 8 adults in their group. We will not consider parties, weddings or prom events.
There are two king-size beds, one queen, and six twins (four are bunks). We also have necessities for young children (crib and high chair). Bring your laptops, we have high-speed Internet. No smoking in the house.
We are WheelChair friendly, minimal front step at entry.
$600 Security deposit required. Add 6% state tax to rental price. Please tell me the ages of your children upon inquiry. Our rental agreement must be strictly adhered to. |
