Our beautiful, three-bedroom, two-bathroom, vacation villa is waiting for you in one of Florida's newer developments (Bridgewater Crossing). Rated the number one community of the year.
Bed arrangements are: two queens, two twins, and two rollaway beds. Sleeps from six to eight guests. A large 36-inch color TV in the living area provides enjoyment for the entire family. The master suite has a 27-inch color TV for those moments when you want to get away. The fully-equipped kitchen has a breakfast nook and the dining area has a table that will seat six comfortably. This is a non-smoking home, but for those who smoke, please do so outside.
Relax by the private, 14-foot by 30-foot screened pool and soak up the Florida sunshine. Catch up on your reading while keeping an eye on the kids. There is also a kids play area right in the development. Less than a one-minute walk. Keep cool during the summer months with central air and ceiling fans throughout the house.
Enjoy a day at any of the Disney theme parks, Cypress Gardens, Sea World, Universal Studios, or Busch Gardens. For all you shop-aholics, there are several outlet stores within 15 minutes and also downtown Disney Market Place, where you can shop, eat, and enjoy Planet Hollywood, Rainforest Cafe, and Pleasure Island.
We are located only three miles from the prestigious Champions Gate golf course. Our vacation villa is ideally situated for the main attractions and the area's other leading golf courses, as well as close proximity to great shopping outlets and restaurants. There is also free use of the community swimming pool, tennis and volleyball courts. Bridgewater Crossing's relaxing and quiet environment is the perfect distance away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando and Kissimmee.
Our vacation villa is well maintained and very clean. You will fall in love with it and will want to return again next year. We thank you for any and all reservations placed with us. Our villa is a home-away-from-home and we hope you will enjoy everything it has to offer during your vacation.

From Bridgewater Crossing, the nearest shopping mall is only three miles away by Champions Gate and includes a Publix supermarket, Walgreens Pharmacy, Subway. McDonalds, liquor store, dry cleaners, nail and hair salon, and restaurants to complete the complex. There is also an excellent Wal-Mart north on Highway 27 only about 15 minutes drive away. All of these facilities are conveniently located only a few minutes drive from the villa.
