  Just returned yesterday from this property. The owner was easy to work with and everything was even better than pictured and described. The condo was super clean and very well stocked with everything we might possibly need---even some beach and pool toys for the kids. It was especially nice that there were not signs everywhere about what 'not to do'---I think most folks would treat the property respectfully---and that things weren't 'nailed down'---all books, games, movies, etc. were there for guests to enjoy. We checked out lots of the owners recommendations for restaurants and especially liked Stinky's and The Local Catch. The beach chairs and umbrella were already out for us each morning and the beach was clean and beautiful. If we can figure out an easy way to fly down next time we will definitely come back---the drive from Wisconsin was tough with all the Spring traffic---but it was worth it once we arrived. We feel that this condo was a great value and exactly what we needed for a great family Spring Break vacation!

It has been frustrating to me to have to buy so much extra when we travel, so I try to keep that in mind for our guests. And while I know many do post signs of instruction within their properties, I agree, our guests do respect and take care of the property. After all, it is yours for the time reserved. I am also pleased you tried some of the restaurants recommended. I try to give an overview and include casual as well as more formal options from which to select. I know I appreciate recommendations when we travel. And I certainly will let the cleaning staff know you appreciated the condo being clean. We are blessed with an outstanding staff that does an excellent job of cleaning. Personally, checking in to a dirty property was always a huge disappoint over the years. And it happened far too often for us. I think that is the main reason I decided to manage our properties. This way I have some control over what does or does not happen with the care, including maintenance. Thanks again. Just wish we could do something to help you with the road trip!

  Perfect location and very nicely appointed..especially the extras thought of for the true vacationers! Wonderful view of ocean with the dunes. Comortable king bed which is always a plus. Easy to travel into Destin or Seaside. We had a great week and plan on returning to this location. San Remo complex just the right size...Thanks again for a very enjoyable trip!

  The condo was beautiful and so clean. We had an absolutely wonderful time while we were there. It was just what we were looking for. On the beach. With pool. With kitchen. 2 bedrooms (loft was perfect for the kids). Well updated. Nice amenities. The views were spectacular. The beach was a little sea weedy, but we had a blast and the water still the most gorgeous blue. Know that we're Caribbean goers, but the beach did not disappoint. The pool and hot tub were very well-maintained and well used by us. The kids (6 and 3) loved it, as we rarely made it back from the beach without a dip. I couldn't believe I'd enjoy the hot tub as much as I did. It was so great on the sore muscles and just to warm up when we got chilly. The oven and stove worked marvelously, as we cooked in a fair amount. I enjoyed using the candles both indoor and outdoor, and loved the big patio area always with that beautiful ocean view. It was particularly great for me who was indoors a bit with a napping little one. It also felt quite private. Codes required to and from the beach and pool, and never crowded in either place. We called the maintenance man once; he was both kind and responsive. Plus, the other tenants did not seem to have that information so readily available. : ) We had a wonderful stay, truly. We would definitely recommend this place to others, and would come back again. Thank you, Thank you!

  After staying at Destin West for the last few years, we decided to try a location with smaller crowds and less stress. This condo did not dissappoint and was a good compromise for the kids. The kids were completely happy with the large pool (given that most of the time we were the only ones there). The unit itself is well maintained. Beach access is very easy, and we enjoyed having our beach chairs set up and waiting for us each day. Beach crowd is small, given that the condo itself has few units and houses surround it. Very close to Destin for shopping. Made quick trips to PCB as well. There is a Wal Mart and Publix close by which is convienient . Local restaurants were great. Owners were very easy to deal with and responsive to our questions. We had a really great time.

We have had several guests share the condo this year for the first time after vacationing in other areas for years. And they all seemed to be much happier with the 30A experience. Santa Rosa Beach is often on top ten lists of best beaches, and I understand why. I also agree with your comment about the great restaurants in the area. I am certain your children enjoyed the San Remo pool. And yes, quite often there are only a few taking advantage of the wonderful amenities San Remo has to offer. For me personally, I love to sit on the balcony of 305; savoring our wonderful view of the gulf! Hope to have you and your family back again next year. We love having great guests like you!

  We just stayed at 305 San Remo in May. The pictures do not do it justice. We have stayed in Santa Rosa every summer for years now, and this was our favorite stay.We will definitely be back to San Remo. The view is breathtaking. We enjoyed every meal out on the patio, the kids loved the pool and so did we. The condo is very kid friendly and so is the entire unit. The kids loved it all so much they didn't ever want to Leave, even to eat. The condo has every comfort of home, and that made it so easy to relax. The owner went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. I highly recommend 305 San Remo, if it's just one person or a family it was beyond perfect!

It truly is a hidden gem; tucked away behind the dune lake from the gulf and the gated entrance from the street. Also understand why you would spend all your time on the covered balcony. Our view of the gulf is spectacular! That was the main reason we purchased 305. And after all, that is the main attraction. Hope to see you again next year!!

  We stayed for a long weekend in mid-April - - beautiful time of year to be on the gulf coast! The condo was perfect for us: two adults and one toddler. It was quaint, clean and had everything we needed. The view is outstanding. The owner was exceptionally easy to deal with. We didn't have any problems. I highly recommend this complex (San Remo) and this particular unit.

• Our Great Escape

  We (2 adults with a teen in tow) were seeking a week of R and R to escape work and the midwest. We had never been to the Gulf shores before - absolutely beautiful beaches- white singing sand, blue blue waters, and blue blue skies! We lucked out with fantastic weather - the Chamber of Commerce did themselves proud with the weather allocation that week! The condo unit was nicely decorated and very comfortable to relax after a day at the beach. The balcony was a wonderful surprise...much deeper and longer than we would have guessed by the pictures. We would sit in the mornings/ evenings to discuss our adventures (walking the beach). The walk to the pool and beach is quite convenient. If you are looking for a great escape - look no further! We will return!

  This is a cozy condo, with a spectacular ocean view. Quite area. Very well groomed. Well stocked with all you will need. The Santa Rosa area is the nicest area I have stayed in Florida. Wonderful deals at local resturaunts, and the whitest beaches you'll ever find! Only disadvantage I have found is the pool is not heated from Jan-March.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway.
