This one bedroom, corner, executive suite floor plan is approximately 25% larger than any other one bedroom layout in the building. Suite #1201 is a corner "Executive suite"(looking up the northern coast line). Although labeled "oceanview", it's just a few feet shy from being "Oceanfront"!
This Condominium oozes comfort and for your convenience has been completely renovated in 2007 featuring a brand new, full-size kitchen, all new furniture including sleeper sofa, (two) queen-size beds, foyer, extra large living/kitchen area, and spectacular views of Myrtle Beach and the Atlantic Ocean from this 12 story balcony!

- Balcony: This suite features one of the only 5 larger balconies at BlueWater Resort! The top five floors in the corner stack (Suite's #1001, 1101,1201, 1301, and 1401) all have approximately 200 additional sq ft(living room & balcony)compared to the rest of the 1BR condos on site.
- Gazebo: Gazeebo located just off property on sand which divides the property between Blue Water Resort and the "public pay parking lot" to the north side of the ocean front tower.

- Oceanfront: Blue Water Resort is direct Oceanfront! This suite is labeled by the resort as an "angled ocean front executive corner suite".
- Ocean View: Suite #1201 is a corner "Executive suite"(looking up the northern coast line). It's just a few feet shy from being directly "Oceanfront" but has more to offer as a corner suite with a northern coastline view!
