This one bedroom, corner, executive suite floor plan is approximately 25% larger than any other one bedroom layout in the building. Suite #1201 is a corner "Executive suite"(looking up the northern coast line). Although labeled "oceanview", it's just a few feet shy from being "Oceanfront"!
This Condominium oozes comfort and for your convenience has been completely renovated in 2007 featuring a brand new, full-size kitchen, all new furniture including sleeper sofa, (two) queen-size beds, foyer, extra large living/kitchen area, and spectacular views of Myrtle Beach and the Atlantic Ocean from this 12 story balcony!

My husband and I got to stay in this condo from November thru the middle of February this year and had a wonderful time. This is the second time we have stayed in one of Shawn's condos and both have been great. This condo is so large and set up for comfort. Could not say anything bad about it. We love our stay. Can't wait to return.Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

I have stayed for years in Myrtle Beach at the Breakers. I wanted a change this year so I found this condo on the VRBO. I was truly impressed with the condo. It had everything our family needed and it had plenty of room for a 2 year old to play and be comfortable. We will for sure rent again a great guy to deal with. Mar 17-Mar 31/07 This was our first time with an "oceanview" condo and we liked it better than a direct oceanfront. It is our new favourite place to stay when we make our annual trip to Myrtle Beach.
