Quaint lakefront home on Lake LBJ with 100 feet of waterfront on a small channel within view of the main lake. Boathouse with a boat lift. Seventy-five feet of pier along the bulkhead for tying off boats and jet ski's or for fishing. Small 2 person paddle boat. Great yard area at lakefront with lots of shade, room to play, and a tree swing. Great windows for a view of the outdoors and two deck/patio areas.

Boat launch in the neighborhood free for your use. Plenty of parking space on the property to store your boat trailer and other toys during your stay. Four car detached garage if you want to park or store your things inside. RV electrical outlet on the house adjacent to the parking area.

The house is a two-story with a full kitchen/living/dining, breakfast bar, two bedrooms with Queen beds, and 1.5 baths upstairs. Cable tv with dvd player is in the upstairs living area. A patio door off the living area takes you onto a full covered deck with patio furniture to enjoy the lake.

Downstairs is a large living area with cable tv and plenty of seating to relax and cool off after a full day on the lake. A Bunk bed (full bottom/twin top) is located at one end of this area to sleep two additional people comfortably. Also, downstairs is a Master bedroom with king bed and large master bath, walk-in closet, and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Lakeside on the downstairs is a second deck and patio area with a glider sofa and gas grill.

This is a great place for family and friend getaway's and weekend retreats. Bring your boats and jet skis to enjoy the beautiful constant level Lake LBJ during the day and have a convenient restful retreat to return to for the night.
