READY FOR A VACATION? Come and enjoy a relaxing vacation at our beautiful, Gulf-front condominium located in Sterling Beach in the family-friendly Thomas Drive area of Panama City Beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
Sterling Beach has on street level parking in front of the building with no decks or "walkovers".
Our unit is a Biscayne unit at Sterling Beach. It is on the third floor. It sleeps six to eight guests. It has over 1600 square feet of spacious living area, ten foot ceilings, three bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a full sized washer and dryer in a separate utility room, a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, a great room, and a huge Gulf front balcony.
Sterling Beach is one of Panama City Beach's most beautiful deluxe resorts. Sterling Beach is a 92 unit complex, located on 5 acres, and surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. It has 300 feet of sugar white beachfront, a 4000 square foot free form swimming pool (heated seasonally), an expansive sun deck, and a Gulf front Hot Tub. Outdoor gas barbeque grills are adjacent to the pool deck.
The complex offers a first rate workout facility complete with treadmills, cardio machines and extensive free weights all overlooking the gulf!
Our unit is located on the third floor, overlooking the pool and the Gulf. Our 31 foot long balcony provides an additional 236 square feet to relax and enjoy a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico, dolphins, ships and extraordinary sunsets. The balcony is accessible from the both the living room and the master bed room.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a huge walk-in closet. The master bathroom has an over-sized whirlpool marble tub, spacious walk in shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and connecting bathroom with a tub/shower combination and double sinks. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The sofa pulls out to a queen size bed.
The unit has a large, fully outfitted kitchen with solid surface countertops and GE appliances. It is furnished with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal including smooth surface Cooktop with oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, blender, toaster, glassware, flatware, and plenty of pots, pans and cookware. Enjoy your meal at our dining table that seats six, at the breakfast bar, or outside on the balcony enjoying the breath taking view of the Gulf of Mexico.
Other features of our Sterling Beach condo include: ceramic tile floors throughout the living and dining areas; ceiling fans in bedrooms and great room. Towels and linen's are provided too but bring your beach towels.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
*We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over, who will occupy the condo during the rental period.
*Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets
*Check-in: 4 pm Check-out: 10 am (central time)
*County and state taxes are not included in rates.
Cleaning fee is included in rental rates.
Security/damage deposit of $300 is required to reserve unit. Renter(s) will be responsible for all damage to the unit excluding normal wear and tear. The security deposit, less any charges for damages, will be returned within 10-14 working days of your departure date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival for full refund of deposit. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
Full payment for accomodations must be received 21 days prior to arrival.
