Kalanchoe is a private home designed and decorated with island flair and tucked away on the island of New Providence. Kalanchoe is the perfect place for guests who value elegance, privacy and romance in an island getaway.

Kalanchoe has an open floor plan with a Great Room that features a balcony that overlooks a private beach located within Old Towne at Sandy Port. With two separate, elegantly appointed bedrooms, our guests are afforded total privacy. The unit comes with two bathrooms, central air-conditioning and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a private bathroom which features a Jacuzzi tub, a walk-in closet and a private balcony for an intimate show of the Bahamian sunset.

Nestled in the quaint development of Old Towne at Sandy Port, Kalanchoe provides a romantic view of the pristine turquoise waters of the Caribbean. With two spectacular balcony waterfront vantage points, this private home manages to provide you with all the amenities of the big city, but with the relaxed environment that is The Bahamas.

One can enjoy beautiful views of the western sunset from this 1300-square foot condo. If one chooses, Kalanchoe provides a private boat dock which comfortably accommodates a 42 foot craft. The dock is available for rental along with the condo or separately.

Close to all local amenities, Kalanchoe is minutes from the Crystal Palace Hotel and Casino, the Straw Market and a local grocery store for those want to create a meal rather than dine out. First-class dining on gourmet Caribbean cuisine at The Poop Deck, just across the street, incorporates fresh local seafood, fruit and produce.   • Your condo(Kalanchoe) was great for our 17 day holiday.1300 sq.ft. and all the modern conveniences for a very relaxing trip. e loved the quietness of the area and there was never too many people at the pool or across the street at the ocean beach. he view was spectacular from either of the two balconies. The elevator was convenient since we were on the third floor. The gas station behind the building was handy with the store inside. It was a great trip,thanks Calvin

  • What a fabulous condo! So comfortable and clean. Great furnishings, bedding and appliances. Everything you need. For a memorable evening try the Beach Club Cafe, just across the street from the complex. Great food and service with a million dollar view. We almost made the mistake of staying at the Atlantis. A visit to the Atlantis is a must, but staying at Kalanchoe was the smart choice.

  • Our stay at Kalanchoe was the absolute best. I have visited Nassau 4 time prior and this was my first time at Kalanchoe. It was my best stay ever. The condo was absolutely beatiful and so warm and inviting. I loved it and told all my friends. My next visit I will definately stay here as well. Also this was the best location as we learned the Bahamas bus system. It saved us a ton in taxi fare. The view from Kalanchoe was breath taking. You have to experience it for yourself there are no words to describe. In a nut shell, my whole party LOVED Kalanchoe and will forever be etched in our memories and hearts.

  • We enjoyed our stay very much. You have a beautiful home, and we were very comfortable. Thank you for sharing it with us. The beach across the street had really good snorkeling. We saw 3 stonefish, a school of squid, etc. We enjoyed the diving there also. We did 6 dives with Stuart Cove's, including the shark dive, and it was awesome. We used the public buses most of the time, and that was nice. I guess the one thing I would add to the condo would be a grill. The patio furniture is very nice, and we enjoyed sitting out there for breakfast most mornings and sitting out there some evenings. But, if you could figure a way to add a grill out there, that would be cool.

  • We had a wonderful time in Nassau! Your condo is absolutely beautiful, even better than the pictures you sent. The weather was spectacular that week and the vacation just flew by...can't believe it's over. We will definitely recommend the place to friends & family and I know we'll definitely be interested in renting again. We spent about 1/2 the time at the pool & beach which was really relaxing (exactly what we wanted this trip!). Thanks again!
