This one level unit is one of the nicest townhomes in the area, and was remodeled in 2007 with top of the line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, travertine floors, and designer interior, including new furnishings, plush linens, as well as new audio~video entertainment center with surround sound. Every effort has been made to make this home the most comfortable and enjoyable for our guests. From the soft pillowtop beds with designer linen, to the deep plush couch and over stuffed chair with ottoman and of course, our private South facing patio with views of the tropical pool and spa. Here you can work on your tan and use the stainless steel gas grill to cook up your favorite steak. You will absolutely feel like your on vacation in this quite, relaxing and comfortable townhome. We now offer free internet WiFi connection.
Located only a few minutes North from Scottsdale and Phoenix, which offer annual events like the Barrett/Jackson Auto Auction, the PGA-FBR (Phoenix Open), and numerious sporting & equestrian events. There are over a dozen different championship golf courses just moments away from this townhome including the world famious Boulders Resort and Golden Door Spa. Barlett Lake & Lake Pleasent are both located with-in 30 minutes from Carefree for all your water fun.

Very attractive home away from home. Well equipped, spacious, clean and quiet but with the convenience of being a 5 minute stroll to the restaurants and shops of Carefree.Quiet so it was like having our own private pool and hot tub ! Loads of towels .Quality linens & pillows. Bathrobes were a great touch and the owners generously supplied all the paper,cleaning products etc ( not just a starter kit) In a pass it forward way guests seem to leave some extras and leftovers each time ( seasonings, pastas,coffee etc) for the next visitors . We had wonderful weather and have wonderful memories of our time in Carefree. p.s. Damage deposit was promptly returned .Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

Thank You Bill and Cheryl! Your place was perfect for a relaxing few days. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer. Everything is as claimed. Perfect for two adult couples, Close enough to everything yet far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. We hope to return soon Thanks againRecommended for: Age 55+.

If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation, this is the place. When we arrived, we were thrilled with what we found... especially the welcome cookies from the owners! We enjoyed the town of Carefree, played golf at Rancho Mañana, and did some shopping and eating out. But most of all, we just relaxed! The condo is well appointed, very comfortable, super clean, and had plenty of room to accommodate the four of us (two adult couples). We had breakfast on the patio every morning and used the pool and hot tub every day. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We LOVED this townhouse/condo. Bill and Cheryl (owners) were the best. They are always there when you need them….but let you enjoy yourself. The condo is wonderfully decorated and is very handy to everything. One of the things that was so important to us....it is VERY clean. We have rented places before that have not been clean , it was so nice to walk into a spotless home. Cheryl has thought of everything when it comes to stocking your home away from home. The beds are first class, kitchen has all the latest appliances, TV’s and stereo are great, washer and dryer are handy. If it gets cool there is a very nice gas fireplace. We could not think of one thing we did not like. There is an attached two-car garage with opener that is very handy. The first night we were there we had our own lovely wine and cheese party on our terrace, which has very nice furniture and a gas grill. The terrace is wonderful and overlooks the pool. It is a very quiet area and everything is very well maintained. We thought the village (as I call it) of Carefree was so neat and only a short walk (2 blocks) from the condo. There is a very nice grocery store just a bit farther that has croissants to die for. I would walk over there every morning to get the paper and our croissant fix for the day. There are very nice restaurants in the area and Cheryl has a very nice book put together that highlights many of them. We have told everyone we know to get in touch with Bill and Cheryl when they come to Phoenix..…. I would be glad to answer any questions anyone might have.. The owners have my email address and could give it to an interested visitor, I will be happy to answer any questions. . We know you will ENJOY everything as much as we did.
