If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation, this is the place. When we arrived, we were thrilled with what we found... especially the welcome cookies from the owners! We enjoyed the town of Carefree, played golf at Rancho Mañana, and did some shopping and eating out. But most of all, we just relaxed! The condo is well appointed, very comfortable, super clean, and had plenty of room to accommodate the four of us (two adult couples). We had breakfast on the patio every morning and used the pool and hot tub every day. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We LOVED this townhouse/condo. Bill and Cheryl (owners) were the best. They are always there when you need them….but let you enjoy yourself. The condo is wonderfully decorated and is very handy to everything. One of the things that was so important to us....it is VERY clean. We have rented places before that have not been clean , it was so nice to walk into a spotless home. Cheryl has thought of everything when it comes to stocking your home away from home. The beds are first class, kitchen has all the latest appliances, TV’s and stereo are great, washer and dryer are handy. If it gets cool there is a very nice gas fireplace. We could not think of one thing we did not like. There is an attached two-car garage with opener that is very handy. The first night we were there we had our own lovely wine and cheese party on our terrace, which has very nice furniture and a gas grill. The terrace is wonderful and overlooks the pool. It is a very quiet area and everything is very well maintained. We thought the village (as I call it) of Carefree was so neat and only a short walk (2 blocks) from the condo. There is a very nice grocery store just a bit farther that has croissants to die for. I would walk over there every morning to get the paper and our croissant fix for the day. There are very nice restaurants in the area and Cheryl has a very nice book put together that highlights many of them. We have told everyone we know to get in touch with Bill and Cheryl when they come to Phoenix..…. I would be glad to answer any questions anyone might have.. The owners have my email address and could give it to an interested visitor, I will be happy to answer any questions. . We know you will ENJOY everything as much as we did.
