View from lower patio - Baja California Travel Why rent a hotel room when you can stay in this lovely villa for less? Experience beachfront living on the Sea of Cortez at the water's edge. We are located on the beach in the prestigious gated community of Villas de Las Palmas, just 5 minutes south of town. We offer a new, large home with private beach access and a single entrance which is then divided into two separate, self contained units, one upper and one lower. Enjoy your evening cocktail overlooking our unparalleled, panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez as well as the town of San Felipe. The marina is located just one mile north, and is a great place to load your coolers with the local catch of the day. Each unit is self contained and has over 1300 to 1500 sq. feet of living space. Both have two bedrooms with a full bath and each have an additional guest bathroom. The upper level has a queen sized bed in each bedroom plus a double sofa bed. The owner's quarters (lower level) is equipped with one king sized bed in the master suite and a queen sized bed in the second bedroom. We have have 2 queen inflatable beds for additional guests. Each level has a dining and living area overlooking the ocean, a patio with table and chairs, air conditioning and heating. Both have fully equipped kitchens including a blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Both units offer a reverse osmosis system. Parking is limited so please inquire. Two TVs are available in each unit and each is equipped with a DVD player so bring your favorite movies for your stay. Our local management is available for your special needs.
